We were advised to call shortly before arrival to enquire about availability in the car park, yet nobody answered. When we eventually spoke to someone, we were lucky to get a spot. It’s quite a small car park and the q park is a little too far away to be carrying numerous suitcases back to the hotel.
This is a truly excellent hotel. The rooms are perfect - spotlessly clean with comfy beds. The breakfast was spectacular. Staff friendly and helpful. Great stay!

Location and parking was available. The breakfast was great ( was an additional fee) staff were friendly and curious. Would definitely stay again

United Kingdom3 Reviews“Great hotel, bad ravioli”Despite the breakfasts being excellent, the evening meal was very poor with a few of us being pretty disappointed. The ravioli dish is one of the worst plates of pasta I've ever eaten.
Lovely hotel, great location and very helpful and friendly staff. Great water pressure too in a lovely big shower.

The only other option of a chicken dish was in the restaurant, it was chicken supreme made of THIGH, no breast of chicken in sight. Another meal was NECK of lamb. Good, both sounded horrific. We left and ate elsewhere. We so wanted to eat in the Hyatt but the food was not enticing.
The friendliness of all the staff. From check in, maids, bar and restaurant staff. Very friendly.

Canada11 Reviews“Modern amenities with comfort and a great location”Even though we were able to open the room window, we could not control the room temperature making it very warm for sleeping with the heavy winter duvets adding to the situation. Would have preferred a sheet of plain sheets under the duvet so the duvet could have been be left off. A fan would have been nice to have in the room.
We arrived early hoping to store our luggage until check-in time however our room was ready for us at that time providing us with an early check-in. Bonus! The walk-in shower in the bathroom was excellent. Loved the fact that the hotel recycles; there was a three sectioned waste basket, and pump dispensers in the shower. The hotel was very clean and all staff were very friendly and courteous. Location was great with walking distance to The National and Archaeological Museum of Ireland, Teelings Distillery and more.
