Beautifully designed property that was as comfortable as it was pretty. Breakfast was very good.

Our room was pretty small & as my wife wasn’t well, we felt a bit cramped..but that’s not the establishment’s fault..that’s just unfortunate on our behalf.

The greeting from the front desk staff was wonderful. My wife was not well, so we couldn’t enjoy the really nice lounge area, but we are returning in a week’s time, so we will be able to then. One staff member in particular was most helpful in finding a medical clinic to get an appointment for my wife..I know I thanked you personally, but again, thank you so much!!! Breakfast was amazing..definitely did not need lunch.

Very nice location, close to the city centre yet quiet. Very cosy boutique vibe with attention to details. Very comfy bed. Was leaving early and the breakfast chef lady arrived half an hour before the breakfast starts so I could have breakfast. It was the best scramble eggs I’ve tried in my life!! Absolutely recommend.

Number 31 is in Dublin's beautiful Georgian Mile & close to the city centre. The Property is beautifully decorated, stylish & quirky with a wonderful 1920's Art Deco Jazz theme that runs through the accommodation. The reception has a stunning sunken sofa located in the centre with an inviting fireplace. Also, the beautifully landscaped garden is another outstanding feature of Number 31. The staff are all warm & very welcoming. A big shout out to Delia & Molly who provided a stunning breakfast each morning. Delia's breakfasts are a great & wholesome start to the day. Make sure you try her cranberry loaf! Thankyou Michai, Delia, Molly & the rest of the staff for making our stay so warm! I hope to see you all again soon!

We loved everything!

A little gem in the city. Lovely room with good amenities. Very comfortable and quiet. The staff were very efficient and super friendly making us feel very welcome. It has a lovely history, lots of art and is a very well run establishment.

Nothing it was absolute perfection on a luxurious scale.

Beautiful hotel, impeccably decorated with up-to-date luxurious furniture and fittings. Loved the private garden and the outdoor area when having a beautiful freshly cooked breakfast. Honesty bar was a wonderful addition. Already planning our next stay. Staff went out of their way at every turn to help us with our every need. A beautiful oasis nestled in the heart of Dublin. A treasure that everyone should experience.

Beautiful accommodation , staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was lovely. We stayed on the Georgian side of the building, there is no lift , but the staff were happy to help with bags. Easy to walk to the pub for dinner .

Very welcoming staff and situated in a central part of Dublin City. Beautiful grounds with opportunity for historical artistic experience right at your doorstep. Very comfortable central area.

Bathroom was small in the room which understandable in an older building however the shower did not have a door and so the entire floor was covered in water after a shower. Not very practical. It was a pity as other than this I would have highly recommended this place

Coming home.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The lounge area was fabulous, the rooms were comfortable with lovely quality products. Pillow spray was a lovely touch. The attention to detail was outstanding and the breakfast beat anything we have had before. The staff obviously love working there and the service is faultless. A gem of a find.

Key cards Brought key home accidentally and charged 25 , however my own fault
