En suite was little small.

The Friendly rich atmosphere from Eric and Dympna was a wonderful experience. Very welcomed from the start of ours visit. The Breakfast is to die for!! A very positive and warm experience.

The nice quiet harminious was marred only by occasional loud car driving on beach by local youths.

Stunning beach views. Very quiet, tranquil mood. Nearby excellent coffee and food. Very pleasant hosts and very clean accomodation.

That's really just a personal preference but I don't like communal rooms. And here you have one, where you take the breakfast as well. This was however the only thing for me.

The hosts were incredibly nice and we could store our bikes in their garage. It's located right at the beach and the room was spacious and really nice, with a beautiful view.

The only thing we’d change is the curtains in the bedroom to blackout ones but this wasn’t a big deal!

Eric and his wife were lovely and nothing was too much trouble… lovely warm hosts and a gorgeous breakfast each morning. Beautiful spot with amazing views of the coast - would highly recommend!

Totally out of the properties control but the water mains in the town was under maintenance so no water for a few hours but the owners went above and beyond to help ease this issue for all guests and it was very much appreciated.

Excellent location and fabulous views from both the bedroom and breakfast area. Short stroll to pubs and restaurants which was another plus.

We paid extra for room with view of 'harbour'. Well worth it. We had a fabulous view of beach and large bay. We could see Hook lighthouse in the distance. Breakfast table on 2nd level had same great view of beach & large bay. Breakfast was perfect. Selection of yogurts & cereals & orange juice; followed by full Irish breakfast which was cooked perfectly. Long clean safe beach just outside B&B. B&B was located in Duncannon town, a few minutes walking distance to good bar-restaurants.

Disappointed that the fort was closed until summer. Would have liked more homemade brown bread for breakfast. Also, one of our party has a high allergy to oranges. Host was not accommodating to this need and insisted that the oranges remain on the buffet and that the guest would just have to deal with avoiding it, not understanding that if another guest peeled an orange in her presence, she would need to take emergency steps.

Water view and location were excellent. Duncannon is a quiet, relaxing village. Just what we needed at the end of our trip.

It's right on the beach, clean, and spacious. Our room has the ocean view and the view is gorgeous. The room has all the amenities you need after a long day of travel. The hosts are very friendly and make you feel like at home. The hot breakfast has a lot of options and is delicious. We had fun exploring the beach in the morning. Can't wait to go back for a longer stay!

We unfortunately found the location out of the way of everything, there was only 2 restaurants nearby. We had to travel 25 minutes to the nearest take away and it was a good 45 minute drive to the nearest shop/petrol station.. that was the only downfall we had

We loved the bnb. We were lucky enough to get a good sunny and warm day so we took a dander on the beach, we were able to look out at the beach with a cuppa, it was very clean and the owners were lovely, they wasn't too clingy like some if the other bnb owners we've stayed with. We only came this far (4 hours 45 minute drive) to visit the famous loftus hall which we found out was closed due to the renovations to turn it into a hotel!
