Annette, the owner, was so welcoming and kind. The place was immaculate. We took an entire apartment and found everything we needed for a perfect and peaceful night for three family members.

All the pros outdid the cons. That said, there was no air conditioning and Irish homes rarely have window screens. So it’s either a little stuffy or buggy. Our visit was during mild weather so we weren’t bothered. The owner and staff are extremely helpful. They helped us save hours of driving by taking a ferry.

It’s charming with great service and excellent high quality breakfast.

Everything! The Shores Country House was wonderful with stunning views of Tralee Bay. Our bedrooms were large and beautifully furnished. Each room had a tea service set for us upon arrival. The next morning we had a delicious breakfast overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed a variety of homemade waffles, French toast, Irish breakfast , and fresh fruit.

Pillow were all too large and overstuffed causing stiffi necks. It was too late to wake her and ask for normal sized pillows. Also, this was the only B&B which was cash only and i missed this detail when booking. I dont like traveling with so much cash so i think this is burdensome.

Very kind and helpful host who had excellent suggestions on where to go and where to eat. She even organized a fabulous horse ride on the nearby beach for our daughter, who found this excursion to be the highlight of our trip. If the host had not gone out of her way to find out about us, and what our daughter liked doing, we would never have thought of a such a horse adventure. Breakfast was exceptional.

What can I say my stay at the shores Country house was amazing! I booked a 3 day break with my parents to explore Dingle and the surrounding areas. The house is spotless , Beds were so comfortable and modern, The location is perfect as it's close to the Conor Pass and the beaches of the Maharees plus the Breakfast was amazing! The selection and quality of food was so good, Anette was so accommodating making us an early breakfast for a day exploring the Blasket Islands. I really can't rate this BnB high enough! We will definitely be back!

The only small thing that I didn’t care for was the automatic light in the bathroom because if you have to visit the restroom in the night the light comes on. A small inconvenience to an otherwise perfect stay!

Everything: location and view were exceptional. Annette was a wonderful hostess. When I told her that I couldn’t wait for a bath, she brought specialty bath products to our room. Breakfast was truly outstanding—the best we had in our many locations in Ireland.

Lovely, clean and comfortable upmarket B&B amid the glorious Kerry landscape with the Atlantic Ocean on the doorstep. Such a friendly and welcoming home from home, with brilliant breakfast choices to suit every taste, from healthy options to the full Irish. Wish we could have stayed longer. Good parking, great pillows, decent shower, classy toiletries and inspiring sea view. Not forgetting the cake - fruitcake slices to go with the tea or coffee in our room and deliciously naughty sponge cake miniatures with a blob of crème fraiche as a breakfast-time treat
