Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThey charge per person, I booked the default two people booking.com lists without thinking about it, as it’s never an issue in the United States hotels but at check in had to pay for my kids, but they did set up extra beds for them so all in all it is what it is and it’s worth it still.
Great concept, they took the top floor of an office building centrally located in Jerusalem and made it into a hotel. The room was very big, private bedroom upstairs and down stairs had a kitchen and room to sleep my 3 kids. The parking is directly under the building, it’s minutes away from Mahneh Yahuda and a 25 minute walk to the Western Wall - all in all a great place to stay in Jerusalem with my family. The front desk person Oz was very nice and gave us some tips for our stay and the owner was also around and was a very nice gentleman.

United KingdomCan’t think of anything, no pool but we knew that before we came..and it’s on the 21st floor. The car park was a little iffy finding-watch out for bus lanes
Very comfortable with great views. But the staff were the best part - Yoel, Oz, and the others who I didn’t catch their names, made our stay problem free and were a great help to me with contacting the local authorities.

United States of AmericaThere is no restraurant or lounge. It really is just a small place with a few rooms on the 21st Floor of an office building. I would have liked a place within the hotel, outside of the room to relax. Not a major deal.
I loved my stay at this hotel. It was very centrally located with lots of restaurants, bars, and markets within walking distance. Jaffa gate to Old City Jerusalem was a quick easy walk. The views of the city were spectacular. The kitchenette was great to have. This was the perfect place to accommodate a family at a reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here agin.

Situated near the central King George street, with shops and restaurants arOund the area. There are several bus stops adjacent to the hotel and the tram is 350 metres away. We purchased Rav cards and travelled on the buses on a number of occasions. The hotel is situated on the top floor of the building and has spectacular views over Jerusalem. The apartment was comfortable, with a microwave, hot plates, fridge and Netflix. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were spacious, air conditioning on both floors. Staff were extremely helpful and sent out a bag of washing for us, for a reasonable price of 90NIS.

Location is fabulous. Apart from the excellent views of the 21nd floor, the old center is really close (12-15 minute walk to Jaffa gate). Parking is good as well. Apartments are excellent, lots of space.

United States of AmericaLOCATION is amazing. You are close to everything by a short walk...very short. You cannot beat the value either of the size of the apartment and location when traveling with a family. You have to know that its not a total hotel...its a bit more like an apartment but there is hotel ammenities like fresh towels everyday and they make your beds. But the amount of space you get is wayyyy better then a hotel if you are traveling with a larger family.

United States of AmericaIf you are checking in on the Sabbath (Saturdays), you will not be able to check into your room until at least 20:00 (8:00PM). However, you will be able to store your luggage. Make sure you make these arrangements with the hotel ahead of time, as no one will be at the front desk to help you on the Sabbath and it will be difficult to reach anyone if you need help. Also be aware that the breakfast offered with the room is NOT served in the hotel. You will receive vouchers for breakfast at a local restaurant(s) which may be several blocks away. If you are planning for an early start (say 7:30-8:00 AM) you will find that only one of the restaurants are open at that time. If you purchase the breakfast option, and are planning for an early checkout, be aware that you will probably not be able to use your final day voucher, so the money you spent for that day's voucher is lost. We asked if we could get a reimbursement for our last day (unused) voucher and were told hotel management would look into it. It's been over a week and we haven't heard back, so the money is gone. The lesson learned is: Don't purchase the breakfast option, you are better off finding a nice nearby restaurant and paying you own way.
A modern, clean boutique hotel on the 21st floor of an office building. The location is excellent. It's about a 15-20 minute easy walk to the Jaffa Gate and also just a 10 minute walk to the tram line that runs down to the New Gate or to the train that services Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. There are good views from the rooms, especially rooms facing Old Jerusalem. We had the presidential suite, which had an expansive and comfortable living area and half bath (sink and toilet) on the first floor along with a full functional kitchen. The second floor had two bedrooms and a full bath. The main bedroom was large, but the second bedroom was barely larger than a single bed.

United States of AmericaReally no complaints. We've been home for three days and we already miss Oz and his team!
The 21st Floor Hotel has so many wonderful things to offer. The views of Jerusalem are breathtaking; the location is superb; close to all public transportation lines, many restaurants, shopping and a 25 minute walk to the Old City; the apartments are spacious and comfortable; the staff is excellent and the elevators are very efficient. Oz the hotel manager is extremely friendly and engaging. And he's knowledgeable about the area and always either had an answer or knew where to find one for us. His English is excellent, he's just a really nice guy! Anas, the staff supervisor, was also extremely helpful and accomodating. His answer to everything? "Of course!" Hadassah and the housekeeping staff also made us feel right at home and were extremely flexible about the timing of our daily room cleaning. They wanted us to feel at home and we never felt like we were a bother to them despite our variable schedule as we toured the country and came back at all hours. They were always eager to assist us in any way they could. The owner Yoel was around a lot of the time and he made sure all of our needs were met. The apartments are well appointed and visually appealing. We understand that the apartments will be undergoing renovations in the near future. That will surely take care of some minor repair issues that didn’t impact our stay but will keep this a 5 star operation. We stayed for 5 weeks. We appreciated how much closet space and drawers there are as we could unpack everything and stay organized! Also, the fact that there are 2 distinct levels of living space was especially wonderful for our extended stay so my wife and I could have our own space at times. The coffee and tea station was very useful each morning, and occasionally the staff put out pastries for the guests. A very nice touch! Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. We will certainly come back again!

AustraliaA few things are starting to get shabby. The block out blinds on the big windows were faulty but the staff did do everything they could to help us.
Unbeatable views over Jerusalem from the picture windows of our suite on the 21st floor of this building at the top of Ben Yehuda Street. Spacious apartment and very helpful staff. This hotel does not have a lobby, on site breakfast or other hotel facilities but with a full kitchen and plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes these are not necessary. Our adult son was comfortable on the sofa bed downstairs. We were minutes walk away from Machane Yehuda and an easy walk to the other sites of Jerusalem.

United States of AmericaThe hotel has some small things to repair in the room. Nothing major. You will not beat the views so get over the small things!
This is a really good find in the middle of almost anything you could want as far as the old city and shopping/food. The hotel is on the top floor of a residential building. Make sure you taxi driver is aware of this and sees the picture of the building. We arrived a bit late our flight was delayed. We finally arrived at the hotel around 2am BUT the taxi driver swore there was not hotel in the building so he rode around asking other folks for about 30 more mins. Finally I just said let us out here and we will just go in and see for ourselves. (The price was fixed so it wasnt a stall technique.) When we get upstairs it is 3am. No one is in the office and that is to be expected in a boutique hotel. I used Whatsapp to call the number on the office door. Yoel the manager answered at 3am. There was some issue where booking.com did not have the reservation loaded. Yoel actually cared enough to remotely show me how to get access to a room that he knew was available. The room was larger than I had reserved and they let us stay there for the duration of our trip. The next day we had scheduled an early tour (Elbow Tours....excellent ask for Eli.) Yoel was patient with us did not rush check in until we got back from the full day tour. Then I met Oz. Oz has a great personality. He is right for hospitality. He genuinely cares about your stay and was helpful to let us know where to find whatever we needed. Oz is one of those people you feel like you instantly want to become friends with. We were scheduled to get on a cruise from Ashdod and needed a covid test. Problem being most of Israel was done testings. Yoel, Oz, and a young lady I forgot her name, they all worked soooo hard to help my wife and I find this test. They called, they searched the web. They honestly gave us a couple hours of valuble time. (We still had trouble finding a test.) But eh major thing is that the team at this hotel CARE about you and your stay. Service matters more to me MOST!

IsraelNot the cleanest. There was food in the sink and the coffee machine was a little dirty. The chairs at the table are also really old and my mother of 80 had a nasty fall when sitting on it. Also it is quite expensive and says it includes breakfast, however we still had to pay the coffee shop 60 shekels for a breakfast for two even with the voucher the hotel gave us. We didn't have any addition. We were just two people wanting our breakfast
Most beautiful views! Amazing front desk receptionist. Nice TV channels - large variety.
