The services could be better for these prices. Dinner costs 250sk per person and it's not worth it, we could get much better food in some close restaurant. And unfortunately the massage was also not good. And the most disappoint was the pool’s toilet - I can't even explain how this place is not taken care of at all!

Nice environment, design and amazing location. Its nice that is a small hote. Our room was incredible, big and beautiful with really cute balcony.

Mediocre- rooms are big but nothing too fancy, balconies small and overall too expensive for these sort of facilities. The jacuzzi is interior and works poorly, not too clean. expected that the jacuzzi would be outside.

They give you the option to have dinner at a what is supposed to be a great meat restaurant but: - they dont serve every day and you can't know in advance so out of 2 nights we had to go out of town to have dinner! - we paid in advance for 1 night. They served us but it was a ready made menu for a group of tourists. We were not asked what we want to order and had to eat what they cooked for that group. They gave us the left overs from the group. The food was of good quality but it was not worth a third of the extrenely high price we paid!!!! Its a big joke, I am very upset at them and hope to get our money back!!!! Regardless, the room was clean but the bed was not perfectly made, not like a 5 star hight standard hotel.

Somehow, ALL the electric outlets were very very low on voltage. All of them. That meant it took a very very long time (actually, all night) to charge phones. Also, a note to management: the faucets are very very short. That means one has to wash hands over the marble countertop and not over the sink. It's uncomfortable for the guest but also expensive high maintenance for the management.....

The suite was a wonder, big, spacious, a very comfortable bed, large bathroom with Jacuzzi. Very good breakfast with large variety dishes, salads and custom-made omelets. Dinner is exceptionally good, personnel are gracious and professional. Very nice and large outdoor swimming pool. The view is amazing.

Was only disappointed by the fact that when I wanted to get room service and I had asked the desk they had told me to ask in the kitchen . When I asked if I could have breakfast delivered to our Beautiful upgraded room they said no it couldn't be done. Maybe because it was during pessach I'm not sure why. But the rest of the visit was great in every other way!

The hotel is elegant and the location is beautiful surrounded by forest .We had a wonderful experience . We enjoyed our vacation . The food was ok many choices even during pessach . It was clear that the hotel cares about their client!

Didn't like that we had to pay at the beginning of the stay rather than at the end. For the high price, it would have been nice to have our choice of coffee brought to us at breakfast table, rather than just offering us eggs of our choice. Tables at the dining hall could have been cleaner (presumably used before we came, but they were reset so why not cleaner?). Driveway to hotel was blocked by cars, which was annoying.

Good breakfast, coffee/tea/nuts and fruit/cookies were available in the lobby all day. Rooms were great, clean and comfortable, didn't use the facilities because of the weather (although I would have used the sauna if I hadn't needed to go outside the hotel to get there). Quiet and exclusive. pleasant staff.

Before arriving, I informed the hotel that we were coming for a birthday celebration, expecting they might leave a compliment to a Birthday girl in our room, but they did not react at all (meaning no birthday card or whatsoever). We also ordered a bottle of wine and paid about 200 NIS, while in the supermarket this bottle barely costs 50 NIS =/ This caused a disappointment to some extent.

Our rooms showed some signs of wear and tear and could use some sprucing up. Crack in the bathroom ceiling, some tarnish on faucets, rugs slightly worn at the edges indicate a need for better maintenance.

There are many brokern things like streetlights The staff doing its work with no special enthusiasm The public places the the loby and outdoors are cleaned not regulary and you can often find many dirty tables with dirty dishes on them for hours The breakfest is nothingspecial and the room service (there is no dinner) is very poor

The facilities were a little disappointing, there was no shop at the hotel and it was quite remote. Also, we were the only people eating dinner in the dining room.

The room was great, really big and very comfortable, the bathroom was also lovely.

All in all we had a great stay here but we felt that the staff was a bit distant and aloof. Wasn’t clear if there was a waiter working at the bar or the pool area. When ordering food or drinks at the restaurant it wasn’t clear if there was waiters helping us or just self service.

Inasked the staff about attraction or places to visit around the hotel. They didn’t know nothing to tell me. It was a total surprise for them that I want to walk around and visit places . This is the ONLY thing I didn’t like. Anything else was EXCELLENT.

Outstanding location, very clean, very tasty breakfast. A lot of useful accessories in room / bathroom. No bathtub in my room, that was a little uncomfortable for me because i love to comfort myself in bathtub. But not a problem.

there were no wet sauna and jacuzzi although was mentioned it has one in the hotel details . the massage in the spa was not good at all . the breakfast in the morning was quite simple for this kind of hotel .

In general, our stay was brilliant. few small things ruined our experience at the end. I told the staff that the room was full with ants. yes, the hotel is in a middle of a forest, however, for 1300 shekels per night, a spray against ants in the room is possible. Also I told the staff that I asked at breakfast a proper coffee after seeing the waitress making it for someone else and I got the response that it’s not possible . again, for the price of 1300 shekels per night, I think it could have been possible to make for me as well a proper coffee. we were told that someone will come back to us regarding these complaints. a week has passed and nothing. I’d like to emphasise again the fact that because the price of this hotel is so high, these tiny complaints should have been addressed and not ignored.

The location of the property is just brilliant. stunning. the design of the hotel itself is also very beautiful and the breakfast is good.
