Although everything was really good, I found some opportunities for improvements: - Concerning the relaxation of their guests: an improvement of noise cancellation, such as double sided windows, facing the train station, definitely will improve the commodity of the hotel as like as the sun rays coming from the poor isolated curtains... it's good to know that there is good night life on Thursdays and in surrounding bars/cafes and a good very operational train station... - Elevators maintainance could also be improved, when I faced some weird and funny moments on their diverse 4 elevators options. - Breakfast could benefit with more diversity of fresh fruits offers although most of it is diverse and with top quality. -For the high nigh price rates, I could expected a cool pool/spa services or other benefits or services worth for the price of each stays. I experienced both standard Vs executive options, and the there is no huge differences in. between could justify the differences between price rates... I really appreciate the small m gesture of the wine and cookies provided after the first renewal of my stay in which really show that this is an hotel that really cares about their costumers! The staff from "Leonardo Boutique Rehovot" was superb, very easy going personal and very supportive and nice people working there! The overall environment of the hotel was really calm and relaxed for guests under business trips with a very handy lounge service on every afternoons. Rooms were cleaned very well every day and breakfast quality, quantity and diversity on high standard Mediterranean breakfast. The hotel is a respectful Kosher traditional hotel close to the main train station and most local high tech companies in the area. The "Leonardo Boutique Rehovot", end up to be a very suitable hotel for business stays, very relaxing/cozy and suitable for a business daily routine wehre you can find a good sweet local home for your temporary local stay in Rehovot/ISL.

It was a great stay, all people are very nice, helpfull and obliging. I felt very well at my stay. The location is good. I arrived one day later, no problem with this change. Also the late checkout was not a big deal.

The bathroom in my opinion needs a little reconstruction especially the shower. The price of the room was quite high.

Great breakfast even with vegan options. Nice room, towels included as well as shower gels and more. Little present from the hotel was really kind at the beginning of the stay. Gym is present and available to use in hotel. Location near railway station was great.

Breakfast, while rich and truly amazing, is served in a small, crowded room. Doesn't feel comfortable (I still wear masks in certain spaces...) It would have been useful if they allowed to take food to the room, instead of having to rush through breakfast while “holding your breath”… (I asked: one can take food out of the dining area; but they don’t allow to take plates out and there are no useful options)

The safe at #802 was not functioning. The drainage of the sink in the room was not that much good. However, these problems were a minor one for me.

The reception staff make an effort to attend to any request. The rooms are very spacious & lovely. We liked the fact that when we booked in early & our room was not ready we were invited to go to the business lounge to relax, have snacks & beverages as well as wait in a lovely environment with Wi-Fi. It is conveniently close to the train station and extremely clean. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. In our rooms we had welcoming gift of wine and chocolates which was a lovely touch.
