When we booked a room with a view, we assumed we would get a balcony that we could actually have a sea view. Last time I booked I had a balcony with a view and not a room with a window that I could barely see the sea.

Great room and clean. Great location and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Unfriendly security guard, he insisted on taking my passport every time I went for a swim and refused to let me use the toilets once I checked out and was waiting for my taxi to the airport.

Location was brilliant. Very close to the beach and marina. Nice studio apartment with a balcony and sea view.

it is not in the middle of Herzlia, but if you don't mind taking a nice 15 minute walk to town, than it is okay. Also as it is a bit out, the price is cheaper, so good value

When you get there, there’s a security guard at the desk but he is completely not helpful. Everything is done via WhatsApp and then in the evening it’s for emergency only. They are responsive on WhatsApp but it’s nice to have a person there 24/7 when you are at a hotel. There was no breakfast.

Great apartment. Clean and nice. Excellent location. There’s a beach across the street. It’s 2 blocks from the Marina. And it had an amazing pool. They very kindly allowed me early check in.

Beach towels weren't enough or big enough. Service to check in was really poor , very unhelpful Directions on sat nav very unhelpful too

Few minor issues. A couple of drawer knobs missing. Loose toilet paper holder. Parking assignment can not be done past 3pm.

The apartment is lovely. Seems to be well maintained for the most part. Nice balcony with a sea view. Communications with the property management was adequate, although not always instantaneous. Most requests were filled quite fast. The personnel we interacted with were pleasant and courteous. Convenient assigned parking. The hotel is located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Easy access to/from the freeway.

The room was a good size for 3 persons. The view was good except I had imagined it would face the sea completely ( when it says on your website that it has the sea view) where I could catch the sun set on the balcony, so was a little disappointed but all's good.

- We didn't receive the online check in on time I had to ask several times for it (calling to some customer service line, they only passed a message to the hotel, then couple of calls with the hotel at arrival day). Share the online check in earlier not only 3PM local time day before arrival. - As soon as we pick up the rental car we shared the license plate number with hotel for parking access, however it was 20 minutes pass 4PM local time hence 20 minutes pass opening hours on Thursday (no Sabath, no Jewish holidays). Because of this we couldn't use the hotel parking and we have to find public parking. Clarify your availability and opening hours on Booking as it is not clear at all, and it can be an important information for guests to choose the right hotel for them.

Hotel is located in a nice area, close to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. Apartment was big, clean and well equipped, we stayed only one night.

Be careful with the showers, the water can be too hot and burn you, but once you set it right, temperature is steady.
