To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Israeli did not like the fact that i booked a room called Templer , did not know it was out side of the main hotel building and had to upgrade on my expense . i did not like that you charge 620 SK per diner in order to add dinner , it's an outrageous price .

United States of AmericaI usually would not give a hotel a 10 out of 10, unless it truly was a seven star hotel. But here since their service, the cleanliness and their breakfast was very solid, I chose to give it a 10 out of 10. The reason being is because they were hosting over 300 people from the south. And yet they managed to keep up their standards the entire time which, in my opinion is extra ordinary, and they deserve a 10 for that. Not to mention when I checked into the hotel, they were extremely accommodating and willing to work with me. They told me if I was not satisfied with anything due to the fact that they were hosting 300 people from the south. That they would compensate me.

IsraelThe spa. No privacy at all, no relaxing room. Everyone had to wait at the front desk waring ropes, and it's totally ruined my experience. I expected more because it's wasn't cheap.
The staff is very professional and helpful, especially Mr. Tarek the receptionist. The location is perfect, the hotel is very clean and beautiful.
