We are having an excellent stay at Holiday Suites Hotel. Our experience in Benaulim has been wondeful. The facilities at the hotel especially the Restaurant are very good. Asst. Manager, F&B, is very hospitable, helpful and polite.

Upon connecting the reception for tariff and other details, I got a zest that people and staff are kind and courteous and this made me make best decision of booking my room. right from entering where the door man welcomes you greeting and truly inviting smile to the team who welcomes you nicely and not making the checkin a boring process to the stay, dinning and checkout experience everything was so well mannered and humble.

We were four people and reached a little late at night. We were given nothing at the hotel.....not even a blanket. Not even a landmark. Never come here. Worst experience ever. The staff and hospitality is not at all good...worst experience.

Almost everything. Our room looked nothing like their pictures. It was stark and poorly decorated. The bed was supplied with 2 scruffy blankets with no sheet to separate us from then. The pictures show duvets which they obviously have as, when we asked for another sheet, we were given duvet covers. The wardrobe was a monstrosity which has lost its hanging tail a long time ago. The room, with its barred windows and stark lighting had all the appearance of a dungeon cell. The was no ability to turn lights out from the bed which meant Cameron's into bed in the dark. This ranks as one of the worst hotels, especially at this price, that we have ever stayed in in India

I was allotted a room in a home. it was not hotel. I was informed that this reservation I did through Booking.com and not directly to the hotel. In this room there was nothing. It was away from the Hotel, and I was taken there after complete payment along with 2% additional charges for paying through Credit card. it took almost 1hr after I reached in the evening around 6.30 PM. No breakfast. Nothing in the room. No Hot water for bath, No drinking water...nothing. Smell inside the room... I don't think this room would cost more than 2000 Rupees (I doubt this amount also) and they have collected INR 5300+ Even to get the payment receipt I had to call them n-number times and when you don't receive it you have to go to their office by walk to get it...

Had a wonderful one night stay. The property is very well managed and maintained. Best part is the staff, breakfast and the breakout area. While traveling with my family we actually felt as if staying at home. It was really good as it has access to roof top terrace with plenty of sunlight, a delight in winters. Apart from this one thing the whole stay was absolutely memorable. Food was amazing and so amazing was the staff as well. From location point of view, this place is located in one of the prime locations.

Holiday Suites is one of my favorites which I never miss to visit. I think it is top-of-the-line. Excellent and delicious food spread. I loved the Indian fusion cuisine. There is something for everyone. And just a beautiful ambiance. Great wine selections.

Our stay was great with clean, tidy room through good professional housekeeping from staff. Restaurant staff are all very warm and caring. Food was tasty and buffet spread during breakfast and dinner was good. Ambiance was extremely rejuvenating and relaxing. 😊 Will definitely come back again!!
