Spacious room with a comfy bed. Good location close to many restaurants and bars and sites of panaji. Owner very friendly and helpful with recommendations of restaurants, car hire etc

There was nothing I didn't like - but I think it's too expensive for the facilities I.e. TV English was only depressing AL Jazerra! It's not expensive to have a better selection. The bed could be larger - was it a double? Maybe not, but it felt small. I paid premium though ... you may be able to get a better price than I did. Overall - we did enjoy our stay, I don't wish to sound negative! If those points don't worry you - then enjoy your stay :)

Spacious, spotless and location was great - not in heritage area, more in the town, but super easy access to everywhere. Local spot very good. Free filtered water, nice management.

The stairs at the entrance were steep and there often wasn’t anything to hold on to. There was a large step up to the bathroom which wasn’t good for old people like ourselves. The kitchenette was a disappointment. Rubbish could have been emptied more frequently.

Brilliant location. Local eateries were good value and friendly. Terry(the manager?) was a good source of information and was always willing to help, as was Farooq. The bed was comfortable too.

We arrived to the hotel at 11 pm on the 1st of January. The moment we saw our building I wanted to leave immediately, because of how many drunk and homeless people were sitting or sleeping by the entrance. It did not feel safe at all. However, the day after they disappeared and we were never disturbed by that (although we always were returning to the hotel much earlier than 11 pm). After all, it was ok, but the first impression was scary. While I was ok with the mattress, my partner felt very uncomfortable. One more thing that could be improved is the reception boys’ English. They were very very helpful and nice, but it was very hard to communicate with them. Overall, the owner of the place made our stay very nice and comfortable, which made the whole experience much better no matter what.

The hotel is in a very central position and close too main attractions in Panjim. The hotel has a nice interior design with its history and its own spirit. The owner was extremely helpful and nice: he gave us many useful recommendations, helped with everything we asked (from taxi to restaurant suggestions even outside of Panjim). He also helped us very much with getting a SIM card, which apparently is very difficult for foreigners, because you need at least 2 local numbers to do it. We are super thankful to him for all this help.

Loved the room which was large and comfortable. Great aircon and fans, all very clean. Bed was comfortable and quality of linen and towels was good and bathroom was good with easy to control hot water. Although central it was really a very quiet area and so easy to walk everywhere. Terrence was super to communicate with and helped planning our stay to get the best out of the days we were in Panjim. Although there is no restaurant at the hotel, it was nice to have the kettle in the room and they found us a fridge for our beer. Lots of helpful info too to find some great nearby places for breakfast with the locals.

I was very surprised to wake up on the next morning at around 5m to find someone attempting to open the door to our room........I had to use both dead bolts to prevent this from happening.

Nice spacious room, great location on walking distance of the church and closeby the old portugese neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. In the room there’s a lot of info on Panaji incl. a route for a walking tour with relevant information about historical events, nice to learn more about Panaji and its history! Staff is very kind.

The water in the shower was lukewarm in the mornings. But other than that everything was perfect.

Terry and everyone at Casa Dos Rebelos were wonderful. Terry sent me messages of good places to eat and nice places to visit in Goa. He always answered any question quickly and was very kind and thoughtful. The room was very comfortable- nice bed, lovely little balcony, great air conditioning, good wifi. The location is excellent. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe.

I think the property is actually overpriced for what it is and where it is. Also, the wifi was extremely intermittent which is problematic when travelling and there was a day when there wasn’t any water (understood this happens in India but for the price I’m surprised there wasn’t any compensation etc).

Spring beds were too soft. Although the hotel doesn't have a kitchen of it's own, it has got a micro oven. All the good restaurants are around this hotel The most attractive Mandavi river promenade is only 5 minutes away from the hotel

Behaviour and welcoming attitude of staff, specially Mr Terence, who gave us guidance and information about almost everything.The Bell boy Ravi was very modest, skilled, obedient and professional. The hotel rooms were very big. With fully working AC and geyssor.

We specifically searched for a room with 2 seperate beds, but when we arrived we could only get a double bed. There was often no staff available for questions.

Clean and big room, good AC, very good mattress, good location, nice bathroom. We arrived very early in the morning and for only 500 rupees extra we could already use the room.
