Cotton towels, hand towels instead of Terricot/Poly cotton. Operationalisation of Charging sockets (Mobile/Laptop). Bad lamp position needs to be in a place like not straight into eyes.

I would like to recommend all family and women only groups to opt for this Homestay... this actually is the safest and homely environment...that gives 2 more star added to your journey experience to Bolpur. Staffs are very very helpful specially Asish da & Krishna di. The owner of this house welcomes you with smile and elderly warmth. I was ambiguous about homestay but trust me... don't think twice go for this place for nice. Food (home cooked) is available (Breakfast, Lunch, evening snacks and Dinner) but bit pricy. All facilities are superb!! Me and family loved the stay. If ever we visit to Bolpur, prefer to go to Chaiti Eco Homestay. You would fall in love with the spacious AC room with balcony and special attraction of this place is greenery (lots and lots of trees)

Amazing food and well maintained greenery of the homestay was just great and best part is the host, he felt like my grandfather to me. And also the driver Subhas was a friendly sarathy( Driver)

The owner was warm and welcoming, and so were the staff who took good care of us. The food was prepared on time and was homely and tasty; you must let the staff know in advance whether you want to have dinner, lunch, snacks, tea, etc. When we were there ripe mangos were falling from the tree in front of our room, and the staff served them to us along with our breakfast, which was great. The room was large enough for the three of us; note that we mainly used it for resting between exploring the town. The room and surroundings were kept clean by the staff. We were aided in our explorations of the town by Rohit, the driver of a Toto, who drove us around Santiniketan for reasonable fees, and also offered bits of trivia whenever possible.

Everything was on point. Cannot comment about meals as we always ate outside.

The cleanliness was on point. The room was spacious and was so neat and clean. specially the bathroom. It seemed new. The owner of the place was very welcoming and also their housekeeper Krishna Di. Another great part is that this property is away from the hustle-bustle, hence, you can enjoy the surroundings and the nature.

The overall experience was very good. Very nice place to stay if you are here for a short 1 or 2 day trip. The ambience and the quietness of the place is something very admirable. The owner and the staff were so polite and good. Food was good as well. Overall a very homely experience. Definitely a recommended place to stay.

The room was small for three people, though I'd specifically sought room for three. The bath did not even have a proper bucket. The dinner was much delayed from the time sought.

The location was good. The staff were helpful. The food was simple but good.

The food can be made better, preferably for evening snacks. Still I liked their vegetarian options.

I liked the ambience and the host was very friendly. They made me feel safe and at home. The outstanding part was the cleanliness maintained. So there was no compromise in comfort, again thank you Chaiti for making my stay so peaceful and nice:)
