Staff is extremely helpful and proactive. In the morning doing breakfast I was asked about my stay and my room, I mentioned about long black hairs found on the sofa (fairly, just to suggest more attention) and the all room received an extra make up with apologizes. Hotel was and still is my favorite accommodation in Mumbai.

Location, close enough to airport. Close to allow local family members to visit us. Close to train metro line. Staff were always ready to help. All staff from gate, security, concierge, reception, housekeeping to restaurant were great. As well as pool and spa staff.

Staff!! I cannot stress out how genuinely helpful and warm employees of this hotel. I would give it a 10/10 for the people behind the training of this employees. Located in the middle of the busy city but theres peace once u entered the hotel. Like a feeling of safety after the whole day hustling in their busy city. Pricey but worth it. Great breakfast, great amenities .

United KingdomThere is a Nightclub just off Reception. on Saturday night the area was swamped with youths who caused a bit of an issue. As a guest, I was sat amongst about 20-30 noisy, young people (from outside the hotel) which was uncomfortable.
Hotel is in a great location. 15 mins from the airport: great when you have just arrived off a long flight. It's also well positioned to explore the rest on Mumbai Staff were very helpful, from allowing an early checking to arranging a Doctors visit to our room during the night, when my companion took ill. Front Desk staff deserve credit and the restaurant team were excellent with the Manager and Chef engaging with us at meal times. Finally, Asif, the Concierge, was unfailingly polite and determined to provide the best service. In 30° of heat, the lovely area was great to have

NetherlandsSome facilities showed wear and the hallway on our floor had a strange, slightly bad smell. The main restaurant is in an open area in the lobby making it feel non-cozy and impersonal.
The hotel keeps all it's basic promises and meets expectations. The rooms, restaurant, cleanliness and facilities are decent. The hotel does not knock it out of the park when it comes to hospitality and service but if you're looking for a mid-priced hotel near the airport in Mumbai, this is ideal.
