You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaStaff wasn't attentive, didn't even pick up the Luggage at the time of Check In, didn't even offer to pick it up at the time of Check-in and anyone could see me struggling as I have Slip Disc, Magnetic Key not Operational, did not replace it inspite of informing them to replace it, had to step out again, workspace had a sticky layer of something, things would get stuck on it, also NO ONE came to pick up the Luggage at the time of Check out inspite of giving them a Heads Up 30 mins in advance!! IndiaLooks like the rooms need a bit of maintenance. The furniture looks old and dainty and one could see the missing patches of paint. I had higher expectations from Crowne Plaza.
The room was clean and the staff courteous and warm. The breakfast spread was good and the chef attends to everyone personally.

United KingdomI Asked at the reception to extend my stay while checkin. I was told there is plenty of rooms available but person on reception didn't knew how to extend the stay. I was told someone will contact me from reservation team for extension. However no one contacted me till my checkout. Finally I booked hotel somewhere else. On the first day after check in there was no water available in the bathroom had to call the reception and I was told to wait for half an hour for water supply to start. Simple 2 cups of coffee and sandwich took more than an hour, had to call and request restaurant 3 times to get it.
