Nothing as such, it's value for money

It was a wonderful stay and we got what we paid for and more. The owner was very courteous to even give us a late check-out. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay which I would definitely recommend.

The villa was not clean. The bathrrom was not clean and it was dirty. The host were sleeping when I wanted to checkout at 8AM. Everything was mismanaged. The food was not that great and was very oily. We could not sleep as other guest were partying late night around 2AM. When asked for a morning tea at 7:30AM, I got the answer to call him later as he was sleeping. All these experiences ended up ruining my weekend.

It would have been great to see some more option on pure veg. in dinner menu. Jain families should talk in advance to let host know and they can make suitable arrangements.

The property host and staff were extremely cooperative and highly accommodative. They understand travellers need very well and try all possible things to give them comfort. Highly recommend for family trips.

For any more info, email me on sohelak@gmail.com Downgraded to a 2 bedroom villa at the last minute citing availability issues despite reserving 3 bedroom villa, 67 days in advance which was not professional and were not compensated for the same. The manager charges us 1000 more than the online price for 2 bedroom villa on our checkout. Charged 19000 instead of 18000 for 6N stay in a 2 bedroom villa and said they charge 4000-4500 per night for other guests. (False claims just to negotiate in bad faith) and you get a hand written note for a receipt. Rooms were smelly. Upkeep of rooms not good (leaky tap and sink, water heater stopped working (instant heater it is which worked for 2 days, where we had to work on it for 15 mins to get one bucket for bathing). The water in little pool was never changed or chlorinated during our 6N stay. However the food was nice and staff were polite. Dont expect bell boys to help with luggage or room service as it is self service.., mostly. The manager said as we agreed for a 2bedroom villa, he would go ahead and mark us as a no show for our original 3 bedroom booking(let this be a discussion for another day).

Food was nice but was priced exorbitant (dal fry 500 gms 850 rupees and 500 gms chicken curry 1100 rupees, aloo paratha 80 rupees each. Strongly recommend to have food in any of the market restaurants which offer some ambience as well). Staff were attentive and polite. Not only the Breakfast, we had lunch and dinner as well and the taste was awesome and also was not very expensive. Really loved it. Also we had 1 infant kid and the staff of Divine supported a lot for his food prepartion.. Really worth for an ideal family stay place

No cleanliness, cannot come with family, no peaceful environment owners and staff talk loudly and keep abusing. No provision for towels or tissue papers in the toliet. Toilet seats were broken. Food was not good in quality and taste
