Restaurant was not spacious . Food is expensive. Rooms locks are quite cumbersome. Bathroom curtains are poor in quality.

Breakfast was excellent! I love, love the staff. Mansi went through great lengths to prepare a surprise for my partner. Kusum, Hannah, Kirin and Nazareth were also amazing. Housekeeping was on point and very aware of our needs. Nothing was too small for the services offered by the staff from taxi bookings, tour packages and requesting of small services.

We got room first night where door was not getting locked. Also room was without natural light. Some how staff is very good and they change our room.

We chose this hotel partly based on ‘private beach’ filter, which is not true- the hotel does not have private beach and calangute and baga do get quite crowded. However there is direct beach access and it’s possible to use the sunbeds in Love Shack or other shacks. While we were there, some work was ongoing so there were related sounds like drills etc. Not something that makes your holiday more enjoyable. I don’t know why they chose to do this work on 1st week of January, which is as busy as it gets. Also they were burning things in open fire outside so you can imagine the smell of our clothes which we left on the balcony. The breakfast is pretty much just Indian food.

Wasn’t made aware of the ongoing renovation work being done in the property. Swimming pool was accessible for short period of time. The park side didnt looked the way it is seen in photos. May be after renovation it will look differently.

I can't find a single negative aspect to mention about this hotel. It provided a flawless, comfortable, and memorable stay. the staff and management have a commitment to excellence, and it indeed shows in every aspect of the hotel's operation.

At the current price point (around 7k per night), they could do some more to improve the ambience of the room (cozy suite).

Nothing which I can think off. Restaurant by the Beach was closed and quite understandable due to Ongoing Monsoon.

The location is right next to the the Baga beach and their is a private access from the hotel to the beach which is very nice...If you have kids and wants a property rigth next to beach this is it ...The breakfast has lots of varieties and delicious...The staff are polite and friendly. They even upgraded our room.... The kids meals are complimentary...Overall a very good experience and I would recommend it
