To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwedenFood, especially the breakfast was not up to my expectations. The breakfast really doesn't give a non-india customer anything to choose from. Very little bred to choose from, really bad ready to eat sandwiches, poor selection of juice. Dinner was a very limited buffet of India food with little to select for an individual that doesn't want spicy India food.

IndiaNothing much. I think the board on the outside could be more visible for the individuals. Also, there was no iron box in the room. This was a problem for a traveler like me.
Breakfast spread was really good. Also the ambience of the restaurant where breakfast is served is very good. The support staff was also very courteous.

United States of AmericaThe tap water coming through the pipes was grungy, dirty and smelly; after taking a shower, you felt dirtier and grungier than you did before you took the shower.
Their restaurant served Indian food that was fabulous—from the Gods—mouth watering beyond imagination. I would go back there just for the food, and find another hotel to sleep at. Everything else at the hotel was average, except for the tapwater, which was very poor.
