Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Cafe lacked hygiene, but can be fixed easily with simple staff training & protocols. Parking was a pain, for 2 wheelers & for 4 wheelers. Pool cleaning needs to be done more regularly or at least a better shed/cover is required to counter rains.
Ankit & his team really take the cake here. Excellent service & hospitality, for a hostel. Good, clean room. Well behaved staff. Prompt service. Brilliant location. GoStops app makes things significantly easier for the stay.

Bathroom could be better. Gets dirty after every use, there could have been a wiper so the other person could use it.

I felt that they need to set some rules around the time till people can party at night...it gets difficult to sleep if people are screaming and playing loud music during the wee hours... Food quality can also be improved...
The location is great. Dorms are fine. I particularly liked the staff. The staff has been uber helpful, open to suggestions, and guided me whenever I reached out to them...I'd recommend this property without a doubt.

Water in the swimming pool was half filled and also very dirty. The cue stick at snooker table was broken so only one cue was available. Also our check in time was 1pm but got our room at near about 2:15 pm. Also outsiders were sitting in the common room for about whole night and due to that we were not able to get the access. We came to know about this the last night.
Breakfast was Good and bed was so comfortable

Food items to be more in menu.
Cool place. Location is very good, swimming pool. Yash and other staff were helpful in providing hostel facilities. Baga beach is almost 20-25 mins walking. You can choose this hostel for staying.

The cost for the deluxe bed is too high.
The interior of the hotel is pleasant and staff was very cooperative and helpful. It a value for the stay, if you are travelling in a friends group this place is a rite choice for a stay.

I think gostop should target longer stay bagpackers rather than just 1-2days. The avg cost of dorm bed is around 800, its not so economical.

In house food not available and have to step out for meals.
Lovely stay, spacious rooms, quirky interior and awesome staff. Volunteer Sakshi and Intern Priyanka made the environment very welcome. Thanks for a great stay.

Love the Gostops vibes and their community. I'm a girl and I had to book a mixed dorm because other rooms were booked. I felt very safe and the mixed dorm was very safe too. It was so easy to make friends!

Sometimes the water supply stops due to motor malfunction. Apart from that everything is fine.
The place is just awesome, i was a but skeptical about this place as this Baga property was new but when i reached i felt homely. The property is located nearby Baga Beach and have all kind of stuffs available around. If you are a night owl and want to grab some snack or beer at midnight TITO's lane is nearby. I came here for 2 weeks and ended up living for a month. The property Manager Vineet was very helpful on accommodating to this place and ensured that i find no issues on my stay. Not only helped me within the property but also finding best places to visit, arranging vehicle/cabs for reasonable prices. Also, Akshat and Inder were awesome managers for customer engagement. They always tried to arrange activities and jamming sessions to keep the place happening. The hospitality staff Rohit and Praveen are very helpful. They don't delay serving the best for you. I would like to recommend this place to everyone who are visiting goa.

The room sharing is of around 10 people which is bit more when comes to use of washroom. Also check in time is quite late at 1pm and check out at 10am. The common area washroom was not well maintained for use.
Good location, rooms and pools were good i.e., swimming pool and pool table both were fantastic. Also bed designs were such that you can still maintain privacy.
