Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Over cleanliness was needed. Lack of staff members. No staff at night except one person. Our room didnot have an intercom. Deactivated tv cable. No water bottle or drinking water was provided in the room. A tiny lift for three normal sized person. No emergency system in the lift in case of power outage,except a bell that you will have to ring so that they start the generator. Bathrooms had a smell. Overall the standard was not upto the mark. But location was near to isbt and station. If stay is not important and someone just needs to hault for a night then it's fine.
Breakfast was great. No complaints for that. Beds were clean and comfortable.

No hot water at all, driving from Delhi 7 hour drive. We came around 1pm Indian time hoping we can have a quick shower and pay our respects at the Golden Temple, but we couldn’t do that. The customer service was very terrible saying they use solar panel (which is a lie), but even if it wasn’t who will implement solar panels in the foggiest times of the season. They didn’t pay anything back and we was required to pay every simple rupee. Even the morning next day there was no hot water at all! Like literally the next day in the morning when your meant to shower you couldn’t. DO NOT BE RECOMMEND!

I booked pay at property...the reception guy didn't get money from me when I check in ..I thought I would pay at checkout... suddenly afternoon the owner old person came and powered off ac from reception switch control and they switched off WiFi router...so cheap behaviour..noone knows English...they smile when showed the cash and then powered on everything.....worst unprofessional behaviour...and food is very unhygienic and location also dusty and not great ...owner old person was so rude all the time.....no smiling gesture

I checked in @ 11:30 pm at the hotel, already so tired , the moment i checked in there was a person name Amit at the desk, totally illmannered, no courtesy , no shame that I am accompanied by my family members, he has the temerity to misbehave with me right at the counter , was so batameez that dint even greet me at the desk as this was my first time at the FAB hotel, I been staying in all 4 stars and 5 stars hotel , never came across with any person who straight away ask to pay the money without telling me anything about the hotel and it's service, instead tells me '' ki aap paise do and room meine jao" Literally, that was his words, then took me to the room . The room had foul smell , no room freshner was sprayed before arrival, someone urinated in the pot , that was not cleaned 2) Dust and garbage was there in the room , this means the room was not even cleaned before 3) Room fixture of all the walls, bathroom mirror, tables, mirror were all broken, literally broken . 4) In my room there was a chappal which was kept which was of Amit, front desk (Picture attached) 5) Toilet in the washroom was so dirty that I was even unable to shower, fresh up. Felt so embarassing that this experience I am giving my family. 6) Room glass chipped, the tray in which glass were kept was so dirty that I can't even drink water. 7) the owner not answered my calls after 30 mins of all this Hassle I was called by Mr Kuldeep , (Manager/Owner) he was also not cooperative at all , dint offered any assistance, instead seems so arrogant of all the things which I shared with him, not even a single apology was offered 8) No basic amenities was there in the room, (Water bottle, mini bar, tooth brush , paste, tea and coffee pouch etc) 9) ordered coffee , everyone was already so tired and hungry it was so horrible that was not able to drink 1 sip of it.
There is nothing one can vouch for this disgusting hotel property, these people embarassed soo much in front of my family I don't have words to describe.
