WiFi was intermittent but that wasn’t problematic for us

The property was well located and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted us in travel arrangements as our planned flight was cancelled. They assisted us in seeing the Dance festival and organised a guide for the temples who was excellent and good value for money

This hotel has great potential and the work in progress by the owner is very encouraging. I wish him well with this family run hotel. Very helpful staff and always there to try and help. Like I have experienced in so many Indian hotels the internet is some what poor and hopefully this will be corrected in due course. A very pleasant stay and hopefully will return as the development unfolds

The WiFi was quite weak in the room.

Isabel Palace is beautiful Place to stay, with lots of green in the yard. We like the place, even when it was about 20 minutes walking from the temples and center. It is a good and quiet place with comfortable beds. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Not necessarily connected to the hotel but we went to a massage center suggested by them and didn't like the service despite the high price paid.

The atmosphere was really good and the staff working there very kind. They even gave us an upgrade :) The room was spacious and nicely decorated.

Wifi in the room had no internet connection. Laundry service was awful, our clothing was returned smelling bad and not really clean. Massage, that they offer, is really below average, is not worth it.

the place is very nice and qiet close to the tempels clean the foos was simple buy nice and the rooms were very big and comfortable they aranged us the guyed to the tempels and a nice tour in the country side

Everybody at the hotel where very friendly and helpful all the time. Always with a smile and friendly word. The breakfast was excellent, and a beer on the terrasse at sunset was really nice. It was nice with trees and plants around the hotel. J

Not a dislike just a suggestion....there was only one chair on the balcony, it is a room for 2 so 2 chairs and a small coffee table would be more comfortable

The staff were lovely and helpful they made this hotel. The room was large and comfortable with a balcony and private bathroom. The staff found a mini bar for us which was very kind. The room had all we needed. Room service was prompt and the dinner meal was really good. The brunch we ordered the next day, with the same spring rolls we had the previous evening, was not as well cooked and tasty.

Everything was fine

Big comfortable room with great bed. We arrived much earlier but we could check before. Great communication with the hotel before arrival (arranging pickup from the railways station) The hotel is not in the very center but it wasn't a problem as you can easily walk or get a tuk tuk ride - the positive thing about the location: it was very quiet with lots green trees and plants around. Good breakfast on the terrace

Our rooms were in the ground floor which had personal balconies with garden view. However, the garden had huge trees that was not allowing enough sunlight to fall on the balcony. This lead to a lot of mosquitoes that didn’t allow us to sit and enjoy in the balcony. The tress need to be trimmed properly so that it allows enough light and air to enter the rooms through the balcony.

Size of rooms were huge and super spacious. Beautiful rooms.

The hotel is far from downtown and the main attractions.

The place is nice, beautiful and tidy. The staff is very supportive and can book for you guides and transportation at fair prices.

For the price, it was very good. The room was spacious and it had amenities like AC, kettle, towels, hot water etc. The staff was the best part. They were polite and friendly. The terrace has a dining space which is lovely. The wifi was good too. Car parking is available just outside the hotel. It is a safe area. Don’t waste money on an expensive place when you can get a clean stay here with helpful staff.

The infrastructure could be slightly updated, for example the shower facilities.

Cordiality and attention from the entire team, who spare no effort to help. Family atmosphere, somewhat rustic, less touristy than big city hotels.
