Breakfast was good but would have been better with more continental food variety. The bean coffee quality has a big scope for improvement. Over all maintenance could have been done better for e.g window cleaning, cob webs around.

Cleanliness of windows from outside.

Excellent location. Bang on lake side. Good swimming pool with great view. Easily accessible, lot of restaurants nearby. Rooftop restaurant is not to be missed.

- Major feedback: WiFi really bad. Don't know if this all rooms or our rooms only (either way, its a bad experience). Have given feedback to hotel. - Minor issue: Breakfast staff tends to forget your orders (happened to me twice in 4 day stay). Not a deal breaker though.

- Great location - Great option when travelling with kids, senior citizens etc. - Breakfast spread pretty good. The masala tea is really nice. - Housekeeping staff pretty responsive and helpful.

Well the flies, insects kept buzzing around because of the green cover(natural) around, this is totally unavoidable. Second was booking through credit card. I had booked through booking.com and it kept telling me that my credit card is invalid and denied even though I had made recent purchases, because of which I had to use international one and got charged more due to conversion rate. That was a turn off.

I personally liked the Food small eats - Gobi 65, Methi thela tacos, Bougainvillea Terrace by the lake. It was my birthday, so pizzeria cafe was kind enough to arrange a cake at the last minute. Their pizzas with sourdough bread was something I really liked. Urban Tadka’s pakoras are something to die for. The view, peaceful environment and friendly staff added bonus points to my stay in Udaipur.

I thought the food was overpriced- some items were good, some were just ok. All the staff members kept asking us to review them on trip advisor which felt pushy- I did rate them to be nice, but it was excessive. There are a lot of flies at the property- it may just be proximity to the lake, which makes sense, but if you’re sitting by the pool, you may get swarmed ha!

The view is spectacular. The rooftop bar was great and so was the spa! The room was spacious and comfortable.

The property was not worth the money that was paid. It said that it was 5 star hotel but in reality it was 4 star hotel with rooms not being clean and dust in wardrobes and under the wash basin. Taps and shower head were all leaking and rusted. Breakfast was not that good and with not many options for a 4star hotel. In all, you would just be paying money for the location but nothing else other than that.

No coffee or tea in the room. Breakfast ok but for this price it could have been a bit better, e.g. more fruit. Checkin a bit slow.

Very nice location on the lake. Large rooms. Staff was helpful to serve lunch when a wedding was already being prepared.

The hotel is superbly located in the quieter part of Udaipur with a stunning view of Lake Fateh Sagar. The rooms are large and comfortable. The service is polite and prompt. It has complimentary bicycles which you can take to explore the city.

The location is exceptional overlooking the Fateh sagar lake. Opt for lake facing rooms to enjoy the view. This is my second time in the hotel and I love the rooms and the dining area facing the lake. Good for relaxing.

Don't expect much help from the concierge. The staff @ the front desk were more helpful than him. I think he's just there for the title.

We were very warmly welcomed. Even though we arrived early, Mr Arjun ensured that our room was ready early but also arranged a temporary room whilst out room was been cleaned. Beautiful place, will definitely recommend.

Situation, the view, staff great although a little slow getting going (much like the rest of India). Food was good, alcohol comparatively reasonable, spa is brilliant and room with balcony great. Udaipur old town is nearby but the hotel faces the North lake and is much quieter than the bustle and chaos of Lake Pichola. A hidden gem.
