Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Oldish feel in the room. Hot water available only on advance request.
Big sized room with all the necessary equipment (TV, refrigerator, AC). Decent breakfast. Helpful staff.

The property doesn't accept digital payments due to which I had to rush with my husband to the nearest ATM in a completely new and unknown city to us. This is 2022 and digital payments were not accepted, despite the fact that there were UPI scanners available.
The rooms are large and clean, the AC was a chiller, service staff was exceptionally polite and quick. Though the food wasn't the best but it was still good enough.

Everything right from food, services, lift, cleanliness, hygiene everything was pathetic... Please upgrade it or close it for good.

I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Good in services supportive staff specially for food section the staff made jain breakfast for us I enjoyed it.

The hotel's location was also a major plus. It was conveniently situated near many attractions and transport options, making it easy for me to explore the city. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist me with directions and recommendations, which I truly appreciated.

The room I stayed in was not only immaculately clean but also tastefully decorated and well-maintained. The comfortable bed and cozy furnishings ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff was extremely unprofessional. The receptionist wanted advance payment to which I agreed. however since I was on a call, I told him I will do it in 30-45 mins once the call is done. but he started misbehaving and asked me to vacate the room. on top of that he kept sending a staff to my room every 2 mins for atleast 10-15 times within half an hour. at the same time he kept calling me repeatedly (from 97994 20111) during my call which was extremely frustrating. after the call I went down to speak to the manager and this rakesh srivastav guy kept interrupting my chat with him and misbehaved again. he had the audacity to shout at the customer multiple times inspite of being wrong in the first place
The location is close to the station. roughly 10-15 mins. so that is convenient. it is also on the main road

Location of Hotel, Bathroom - shower was not working, soap dispenser was missing, towels were dirty. Specially Breakfast area, it seems that it is used for Beer bar purpose in the night and breakfast is served in the morning with Dim lights & all stuff, without proper cleaning of that area.
