Photos don't match reality. Photos on booking give the impression, that its all renovated, modern, bright and elegant interiour, but its actually pretty run down and dark. Double room has only two tiny windows to a back terasse, from which you don't have any good view or day light.

Great location, cheap and very nice people. Saday and Anoop are the best. They made my stay memorable and I would only come back for them.

nice and clean room, lockers under the beds, balcony and drinking water for free. the room had an a/c system and Fans on every bed. warm water available, locks on the doors, a great common area with fan & a/c, a book shelf and common bathroom on the ground floor. there is light, a plug for your charger and the fan directly at your bed and the WiFi worked at all times.

One guest liked to play loud and vulgar hip hop music but hard for staff to control.

Good location near water and Fort Kochi. Beds were well spaced. Nice common area. Basic food and water were available. Rooms had AC at night for sleeping. Balcony on 2nd floor was pleasant. Staff Anand and Amar were very helpful to make it an enjoyable stay.

I had booked the place well in advance, made full payment for my "Deluxe Double AC Room With Ensuite Bathroom", I was constantly in touch with the hostel guys via booking.com chat box as I was going to reach late at night. When I reached the hostel, the guy told me I have booked the "Deluxe Twin Bed AC Room With Shared Bathroom" (This was a pvt room with a bunk bed). This was clearly not the case as my booking clearly mentioned it was a double Ac room with ensuite bathroom. The hostel guys said that they have another booking in that room and cannot give us the room that I have paid for, and there was no other pvt room available. So he asked us to take the refund and go look for another place. He said its a mistake from Bookings.com side and that he cannot help us in this case. At this point I was pretty upset at him, as I had planned this trip well in advance and made all bookings and payments on time. I had to argue with him as I was really angry at his attitude and his body language. After this kind of heated conversation, he called someone from the management to inform the situation and then he was asked to give us the room and inform the other group about this as they to arrive later than us.

The location is perfect for me as I was visiting for the Biennale. All the venues of the Biennale are at a walking distance from the Hostel. I had booked a private room, it was pretty clean, but there is no ventilation to the room. There are two tiny windows which you cannot open as they open up into a gallery which was unclean. Over all it was a decent experience.

1) Room description with pics while booking and actual room provided were different 2) Staff was reluctant to provide another set of towels even when it was a 2 day booking. 3) The room in which we stayed had a private bathroom separate from the room and it was being used as common bathroom and wasn’t being wiped properly.

It’s close to the major tourist areas in Fort Kochi and in vicinity with Biennale. The crowd here was good.

The property is located at a distance of 350m from the Chinese fishing nets. It is decently maintained. The dorms and washrooms were clean.

The location is central to the tourist attractions & the boat jetty in Fort Kochi. The staff Jinu & Jorbin are very helpful. The place is clean and maintained. It is good value for money.

Outside the dorms it is very hot and the common area is not really welcoming for socialising with other guests.

There is nothing that I did not like as such. But, the property is not very big. Otherwise everything is nice.

The building had a damp Smell and also construction was going on next to it which disturbed me a bit. Rest it was a great place to meet new folks.
