Unhelpful front desk. Bed Fiona cover was made from a synthetic material and kept sliding off the bed. Meals took around an hour to prepare.

Especially this time (unlike last times) it was a bit crowded and some punjabi festival was ongoing, the service was not up to the mark, the person taking orders and serving breads was too late. However, whenever i visited last times, it was good.

The location of the hotel is prominent for me, its near to the airport and this is a usual hotel i prefer. Secondly the food is good in buffet along with the bar, its comfortable to order.

The shortcomings include the lack of information conveyed before the stay begins. For example, usually hotel rooms have a booklet with numbers for housekeeping, the reception, dining hall and so on. Otherwise, the numbers are provided on the phone. Both were missing and I had to call the reception every time.

The staff was very friendly, prompt, and efficient. Kudos to the Chef for setting up a brilliant variety of dishes for breakfast, all of which were well made. The staff were more than happy to make us feel comfortable during our stay.

Customer service was excellent, throughout. Anjali, Sonu Singh, Bharat, Pupul, Buddhi are only some of the staff that helped us enjoy our stay at the hotel and made us feel very special. We were so impressed, that we have requested another night's stay before we go back to London.

Rooms are tiny and very outdated. Cracked laminates, musty smell. Doors are not acoustically treated, so every time any one talks in the lobby, you can hear it clearly in the room (and I guess the reverse must be true too). In terms of location, while it's close to the airport, it's very isolated. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance of the property.

The staff are very friendly and helpful - whether Praveen at the front desk, or Shubham at the restaurant, they go beyond the average to take exceptional care. Buffet breakfast is good Pool and lawns are nice and spacious

Room 103, the first corridor on the left from reception, was very noisy. There were doors banging constantly, and I think it was probably the staff service doors at the end of the corridor. Poor sound proofing between rooms meant we could hear next doors TV and their raucous laughter. We could hear their ablutions in the bathroom, banging things down on the worktop on the adjoining wall, and their noisy departure at 4.30 am. Not a good nights sleep. I tried to mention this at check out, but it was quickly dismissed. Whilst eating dinner, one of the soup containers was leaking water onto the floor, right in front of the buffet, a potential slip hazard. This was seen by various members of staff and managers, but was never addressed. In my opinion, the staff we encountered did not seem very customer focused.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. As we had a day between flights and planned to stay at the hotel all day and catch up on a few things, the bar area was comfortable with power sockets for charging devices. A good choice of food for both breakfast and dinner. There is a buffet at 7 pm, but we chose from the menu. The price was reasonable for that level of hotel and was able to provide airport drop-off service. It served its purpose.
