Location was awesome. Staff was very friendly and helpful always But charges for everything was hefty. They provide only 1 liter complimentary water in room in this hot and humid weather and charge for every bottle extra. Else it's a best family stay hotel in goa

Wifi is not good, we had to request to moved as our room received no signal. The staff was very good about changing our location. It was a bit pricey.

The property was conveniently located for getting to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool area is very nice and generally clean. There are nice pool lounge chairs and shade umbrellas. The breakfast was sufficient and there were western options available upon request, however the local Indian options were delightful.

Price of rooms can be little lesser.

Everything is so good about the resort. Well maintained neat and clean. Especially the staff. All of them were well behaved and helpful.The best part and we really appreciated is that the resort is very good for the families with infants toddlers and kids as it has been planned with real care and all necessary facilities are available. All the best. The beach is near and less crowded.

The breakfast is not that great and especially the non-Indian options. You also have a taxi service at the entrance of the hotel, which is of course a perk, however, they charge quite high rates and negotiating is not an option.

Really nice hotel in Calangute, Goa. The first night we had some noise because of the bar across the street of the hotel but the next day we could switch to a nicer room. The staff is really nice and helpful. You can also order food and drinks 24/7. The spa on site is also a really nice touch!

Liked everything. Would be nicer if The gate at bottom of garden was open for guests but wasn’t a problem for us.

Lovely hotel with rooms overlooking the pool and sea. Short walk to beach and shacks. Hotel was clean and pools were good, especially liked the one opposite our room which was always quiet. Lovely gardens and well kept. Staff were all polite and friendly. Special thanks to Gabriel from reception who went out of his way to get me a mattress topper as I have a bad back and the mattress was a little too hard for me. Shower was wonderful, great pressure and plenty of hot water ( not always the case in India)

Had a problem with only a double in the room .got charged for a single request added in the room. had to complain to top manger. Which resulted in a refund.

Perhaps clean up the seating area around the pool in time for the start of breakfast, if you get up before 0830 you’ll notice the detritus of the guests from the night before.

A really nice all round hotel, the pool is pleasant, bar and restaurant are good and great value. I was moved room on request to a room with a window / balcony, as the first allocated room was without a window which I didn’t like. The main asset are the staff, without doubt some of the best service we’ve ever had and they’re genuinely really nice people.

A better reading light could have been available at the bedside. The sunbeds had seen better days. Pool towels were not always available. Room cleaning/servicing often happened late in the day.

Breakfast was excellent, with a changing variety of dishes on offer, particularly the Indian dishes. The menu at other times offered a good choice of veg and non-veg dishes, Indian, western and Chinese. Service was efficient, with pleasant staff. The room was comfortable and spacious. Front desk staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Clean, nice pools, food was good and the beach was close

It was value for the price. The place was clean. The bathrooms were clean. There was enough variety for breakfast, and the food in the restaurant was tasty. It was very close to the beach so you could easily walk there every day several times if need be. We would definitely go there again

Breakfast could have more fruit - only one type put out per day. Not many non-Indian choices for breakfast. Overall pretty expensive for what it is.

Clean rooms, nice pool areas, close to the beach. Get 2 bottles of water everyday. Mini fridge is priced well.

Wifi in our room wasn't good but strong in public areas.

Great location near the beach and within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars and shops. Super pool, very large and rarely busy. Our room was large with big comfortable bed, a spacious balcony and the best bathroom I've had in India. Plenty of helpful staff, Food in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was fine but predominantly Indian fare , not a big shock given we were in Goa !! Overall a spacious good quality resort.

The reception staff needs a little training on attending arriving guests. They are the first impression of the resort. The manager was quite rude on handling our special request.

Breakfast was very good. Restaurant staff is very polite and good. Cleaning and maintenance staff is good and responsive. .
