Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

An excellent ground floor sit out area and opposite hotel with beautiful art pieces and idols. The surrounding area is also pleasant with ample free parking

The amenities mentioned on booking.com have to be verified before mentioning about them on the website. The number of beds provided were not as per the details. Only cash was accepted as payment (no credit card or UPI). Outside still under renovation. The amenities should be explained to the customers by the staff which is not done unless specifically asked for. Staff should be more proactive and courteous.
Facility was clean and tidy. Location is away from the busy areas of the town, quiet and peaceful.

Staff not so welcoming to guest, property has good and costly infra but maintenance needs to be up to that level. Presently it is poorly maintained by local staff- it needs some qualified hotel management staff.

Rooms are very spacious.I stayed in Room no.415.Lifts are very pathetic..They always got stuck up.No room service.Beds are unclean.Toilets are also bad.They are doing their repair/renovation work, which generated lot of noise.Even after complaint several times,they didn't stop.It felt like hell

Room service: poor Staff attitude: bad Cleanliness: Stayed there for 2 nights and three days not a single day room was cleaned Toiletries: on day 1 we got small santoor soaps and 2 towels per room ( we had three rooms booked) After day 1 nothing was given. We had stayed at the same hotel in 2018 and we really liked everything about the hotel, staff were also very helpful and hence booked the same hotel this time as well. But this time our experience has not been good, mainly because of the manager at the reception or check in desk. We had the rooms booked for 2 nights. Check in time as per them is 11 am and check out time is also 11 am. Since our bus reached the hotel early we reached the hotel by 8:30 am, we asked if the rooms were available. They said rooms are available for check in and they allowed us to check in early but didn't mention the early check in charges. They charged us ₹500 x3 rooms. Had they informed us about the early check in charges we would have checked in into only 1 room for fresh up, would have had breakfast at the restaurant and then checked in at 11. Secondly because they had the hotel booked for some marriage event the guy at the reception told us that we should vacate the room by 8am on the day of the check out. I told him it's difficult with children to vacate by 8am and where will we go because our return bus was at 5pm..so we were thinking we can check out by 11 am leave our luggage at the reception, complete the local site visit, have lunch and then leave to the bus station. But we were told that is not possible and we have to check out by 8am because they needed the rooms for the marriage booking. He told they should not have accepted the booking via booking.com. He was very rude. On day 2 when we went to shani shignapur leaving the children and my husband at the hotel they blocked access cards of all three rooms because payment was not made.
