There is no warm or hot water. I didn't ask this question why, since I stayed for one night.

Near the railway station. Away from the noisy street. The bed linen was not very clean. I went to the reception, the receptionist said that they would replace it without any problems. There is no warm or hot water. I didn't ask this question why, since I stayed for one night.

Water was spilling from from under the bathroom door, it can be corrected if hotel management takes minor repair work

Staff was really good and helpful . I did early checkin before 12:00 they allow even they are not charge me extra .. room service is also really good and fast .. thank you for good hospitality . See you soon again

When I arrived I couldn’t find the place, no any sign on the Main Street. When I called manager he told me he was coming out to meet me, however nobody came and I was waiting outside under the burning sun with super heavy backpack on my back. The furniture was covered with the huge layer of dust, the floor was dirty, my socks became black right away. No hot water. Sometime there wasn’t even cold one. The WORST part of it is the noise. If you want to get rest in a quite it’s not your option. The rooms, toilets and even floors have ventilation halls which make you hear everything and everyone. The hotel was packed and people were too load all night and early morning. I had very hard time to sleep with tat noise. Not even 1 minute of silence in this room.

Nice location if you want to do much shopping. At least you don’t pass by public open toilets to teach this hotel. They helped me with bags. Bed sheets were clean

First they accepted early check in time, after going to hotel they demanded extra money,I booked 4 adult room but they given 3 adult room,what u see in photos on booking .com and original room is different,no hangers in bathroom,I felt bad

this is the highly recommended hotel 3 star type hotel + · I've very amazed to see their hospitality and the way they host the guests, highly satisfied. Dirty, no toilet paper, we book for four people and it ended up being a 3-person room. The staff was kind to give us a matress to sleep on the floor. There is no warm water. The bedroom has a tiny window to a extremely dark “lightwell”. Neighboring rooms spent the entire night partying, hearing to loud music and shouting. I wouldnt recommend it!

That I was committed to a bad place because of this site when there are SO many hotels in this area and I could have chiose something decent by foot than it did with the app, for s lot less also.

There was a tear in the bedding - staff dismissed this as no problem. There was no hot water in the room as advertised. I find a false review (now updated & accurate) on my account praising the property, that I myself have never written.

The cleanliness is beyond expectations, additionally the exit oaths marked with fluroscent strips is very good and helps in exiting incase of darkening The location is very good the city bus services , metro and express are very well connected this saves a lot of money on local transport and also gives you a feel to Delhi culture

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They arranged the transfer from the airport. The room was clean and neat, very well equipped. Excellent position, five minutes tuktuk from the train station, half way near to every point of interest, but still in a very "traditional" area. Surroundings are full of restaurants, and the alley where the structure is located is very quiet (which is very rare in Delhi).

Staff were friendly & accommodating. Really helpful with transport, sight seeing Hotel was as advertised but book your tours elsewhere or question the price.
