Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is a bit old but still comfortable
The location is good, close to the railway station and market. The staff is very helpful. They sent twice a taxi because our flight was delayed. Overall we'd a very pleasant stay.

The location is not that great. Just that little bit too far from the station, the metro and main bazaar, if you are on foot.
Comfortable, clean room, lift, working AC, warm water on request, nice and friendly staff, reasonably priced food and drink.

The door in the bathroom was a little rusty but that's a pass for most of the people. The main door lock was jammed a few times.
The area was close to most of the tourism places and markets. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, room service was good, food was good, toilets were big and clean, AC was good, beds were super comfy.

Window open on a wall, not natural light at all.
Staff are absolutely kind and nice in every single circumstances. I must say I am italian su I am valuating by an european standard. Room is a 6/10 because there is all thing you need but no more. Room I can say was clean. Really usefull, kind, cheap and precise pick up from Airport 24h (we arrive at 4 a.m). Room service was great: fast and good. There is air conditioning.

Didn't like the fact that when I asked for hot water for shower on the day I arrived, the staff just didn't bother to switch on the boiler and just told me that due to the warm weather the water must be hot. Didn't bother to tell me how I could request for hot water. I ended up having cold shower on day 1.
Room was clean, large beds no issues. Most staff were quite friendly. Guys at the reception was helpful in guiding me about the nearby areas and the auto / taxi pricing so I don't get ripped off by the drivers. Not much noise was heard inside the room from outside areas. Sleep was pleasant. I had an early morning check out to catch the 6am train, the staff helped with arranging the auto from the main road which was really good. Thank you :)

Very nice hotel, staff very helpful and knowledgeable. At the hotel you can make reservations for trains, exchange currency, order a taxi, rickshaw.

Extremely comfortable beds and a quiet room. We slept very well. Close enough to New Delhi station and the airport metro to make it a very good choice for transit. The room and bathroom were large and very clean with everything we needed and even a fridge that we didn't. The service was very good from start to finish and a special mention goes to the man who carried our heavy bags to get a Rickshaw. And all this for a very good price. It is probably the best hotel we stayed in over five months of travelling in India and Sri Lanka. Thanks team Su Shree!

-no problem with the check in before the check in time (we were welcomed even at 8 am) -very kind stuff -localization (super close to railway station) -clean be aware of the scam that can take place (NOT FROM A HOTEL) the taxi from the airport can take you to the ‘information center’ and tell you that your booking was canceled due to the covid. don’t believe them!

Our room got quite a bit of noise from the side street early in the mornings, but otherwise everything was great.
Good location for foreigners. Comfortable beds. Staff very willing to help with any request. Breakfast brought to the room was decent, tasty, fine.
