You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaStaff was rude and arrogant. Basic issues at Taj Club Lounge. Coffee Machine was not clean. Server/Waiter stared cleaning coffee machine in front of. Another server and waiter came in and started arguing about who was supposed to clean it yesterday and why someone didn’t clean it. This is completely unprofessional to do so in front of guest. That coffee machine cleaning took 45 mins and I asked for hot water multiple times for my dipping tea bag tea…but coffee machine was the only way to dispense the hot water!! At Lobby 2 Kitchen, servers were not trained properly. 4 people were sitting at a table and server served 1 dis only to 3 people then she got another dish that we ordered and again she started serving same 3 people keeping the 4th persons dish completely empty. This common sense. Servers are not trained properly at all. In breakfast they kept actual honey comb for honey dispenser which was just show off and required 2 people to hold and press and then too dispense that honey out of that comb. Which took like 5 mins just for 1 spoon of honey! Is it really necessary to make a show out of it if that thing?

IndiaWe stayed at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. We enjoyed dining and hanging out during our stay. Mr. Anil was in charge of our room at the Taj Club and took good care of all our needs. We availed all the facilities of Taj Club and were satisfied there too. All the staff at Taj Lands End took care of us from our arrival to our departure so we would definitely stay there again in the future.

United States of AmericaThe hotel and facilities feel a bit dated. We arrived to a dirty bathroom which was a bit of a surprise, but thankfully the hotel staff rectified this soon thereafter. Beds were not terribly comfortable.
Nice hotel with lovely grounds and a great ocean view. Sunsets were particular nice here. We made good use of the Club Lounge, which was very nicely appointed and enjoyed breakfast there over the dining room downstairs which was busier but did have more options. Rooms and bathroom were a good size. Staff were very kind.
