Dolma's family are wonderfully kind and caring. Despite the cold outside, inside the home it felt so warm and comfortable. Ladakhi winter turned out to be so pleasant owing to the love and care from Dolma and everyone in her wonderful family. I learnt a lot from all family members - Dolma, Tashi, Achuk, Dolker and Angmo, in only a few days, and honestly can't wait to be back.

In winters it’s is difficult to use water on daily basis for bathing and all .but for drinking there is plenty of hot water .

Property is situated near the mountain where the best view of snow shedded mountain can be seen from the balcony .the view is awesome and can enjoy the beauty of Himalayas while sitted in the balcony .one more thing for this property is the nature of the staff and the family.and this stay has a kitchen facility where u can cook food for ur taste ..that is the best for a foodie who enjoy cooking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family, and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel owners were incredibly caring and helpful, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. It’s quite a bit away from the main areas of Leh. Meaning you should either rent a scooter/bike or prepare to walk a fair way to get into town.

The hospitality here is so good, I have never seen such caring staff and never felt like we are living in the hotel we felt like we are living in our home. Aunty took care of us like a mother even when we felt cold she took care of ours

The hosts are great. I booked this place after reading the reviews and it turned out to be exceptional. I ate chicken curry rice and thukpa and both were delicious. There are pets around to play with and the view from my window was breath taking.

The owners were the most friendly and welcoming people. They made me feel like part of their own house. They invited me to their family function, took care of me on my first day in Leh while I was acclimatising and even accompanied me to Leh hospital while I got injured during the tour. A big thanks to them for everything!! The rooms were very clean, the property is very cosy and within 10 minutes of walking from the main market, and the view of Stok and Ladakh ranges from the room is quite exceptional. I highly recommend anyone looking for stay in Leh to book this property…

There was nothing we could complain about! We were taken care of like royal guests. Hats off to Dolma aunty who takes care of all the needs of the visitors.

All the meals were healthy and tasty. All we needed to do was tell them a few hours in advance what we wanted to have. Home cooked meals in the traditional Ladakhi style without having to go out to a restaurant at a very reasonable price! The location too was good; 15 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes walk to the city market.

I had a really amazing stay here, I spent two nights at the start of my trip to Ladakh and one more night before flying out. The whole family showed absolutely amazing hospitality, and the home cooked meals were amazing - definitely have dinner there! The view from the terrace in the morning is also glorious and peaceful. To start with the location was just appropriate... Not in the midst of the noisy city but not far away as well. The breakfast had nice variety n very tasty.. The quantity was good in fact we loved the breakfast.... The dining room was cute n cosy for a cold place ... The room was spacious on the top floor n the verandah was so good Overlooking the mountains in front. Above all, aunty and her staff was really helpful and we liked the hospitality very much..
