Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was good. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

There was some noises coming next to our room but nothing to disturbing.
The staff eas extremely helpful and kind and all of our needs were met. Special thanks to Mr. Pratham for helping us with issues regarding another hotel cancelling.

The shower got kind of warm, but it never got hot. I had difficulty using some of the outlets, and when the lights were turned off, power to the outlets also went off (ie, I couldn’t charge my phone when I went to sleep). The food I ordered for room service was bad. The neighborhood seemed okay, but there really wasn’t anything nearby.
The room was large and the AC worked really well. Staff was helpful and friendly. Free coffee and tea.

The street was a little noisy at night and breakfast was not available every day.
We were transferred to the sunstar heritage hotel just around the corner. It was very nice and comfy. A little noisy at night but not too late. Staff was welcoming and helpful. A short walk from the Karol bagh metro station as well.

No dedicated number to contact housekeeping or room service. Everything had to be routed through the reception.

Its nothing like I dont like but only need some improvements. Its hotel so it has to be maintained properly so people can stay again and again whenever they visit.
They dont offer breakfast including booking..They dont have kitchen but have only seating arrangement. Rooms are good but need to improve lot of things like electric sockets, wash basin tap, cup boards, The beds are slighly small in terms of length. The location is quite ok considering property and hotel rates. They did not asked any upfront payment so its a very good.

The shower curtain , . Always water on the floor on the other side after taking a bath..Please find another solution for this. The entrance /lobby should be remodeled and must be more attractive . It has been the same since years.
Location is good, very friendly and helpful staff. They have tried to let us feel comfortable during our stay. Every time our needs were solved/fulfilled. Dinner order was great. Breakfast was okay.

The only negatives were they were a little stingy with the toilet paper (we had to get more from the desk after like a day and a half) and it was a bit noisy. It sounded like there was construction happening on the floor above us and a lot of early morning music and noise.
The room was spacious and clean. All the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. We had to push out our arrival day, the day we did arrive it was almost 11 at night and then on top of all that, one of the people in our group ended up deciding to stay an extra day— the staff was so patient and accommodating through it all!

Washrooms could be a bit more cleaner but it was not bad.
The rooms were clean and big. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They contacted me in advance to know about my requirements and also arranged our transport. They arranged pickup and drop off to airport on request. The location was nice.
