You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We used to order breakfast a night in advance because we had to leave early morning and we had agreed to pay separately for the same but each morning they were clueless if the offer had been made. And we would have to wait another 30 minutes for the same. Second, one day I gave clothes for laundry. They said they would be ready by the same day at night. The next morning, I called reception and they informed me that the clothes are not ready. So, they returned the clothes as it is.

The bedsheet were dirty and so was the comforter, there were no toiletries in the bathroom unless asked for, the room stinked a little when we entered first

The rest was entirely opposite of what they've advertised on the booking website. The hotel does not have a parking lot, they expect people to park on the side road and call it a day. The staff if utterly lazy. It took them one hour to get us a pair of blankets. Their is no hot water for shower. The water is paid. It looked like a recent stay based on photographs and money ratio, but it was a waste of finances. We had no option to change our booking the last minute as it was 10 pm already, so we managed for one night.
Only the bed was comfortable.

The property was smelling too bad of alcohol and cigarettes everywhere. Walls of the room were really dirty. Bedding was so dirty that we had to use our own linen. The room had no fan but one wall fan which barely could help in summers. AC was installed at a place that it couldnt throw air to the bed. The room smelled too bad that even our clothes started smelling of cigarette after staying there. The property was shown on top suggestions in bhopal by booking dot com. This property doesnt deserve to be recommended at at all.

Rooms were all without ventilation. AC remote was not at all working even after asking they didn't fix it. They were charging for the complimentary water and no welcome or basic kits were there.

They are rude, irresponsible. They don't care about coustomer. I had seen review on Map and it was bad, but when i checked on booking.com.They had good rating. My booking was confirmed. When i arrived,they rudely said that they don't have any booking for me. They left me with nothing. At night they suggest to see place somewhere else. The location is such that you won't get any cab also. I had to walk along the bridge to look for some other hotel. They have zero professional behaviour.

The food was amazing with reasonable price. Hotel provided refrigerator which was impressive for me and helpful too. Bathrooms were super clean. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was polite and super helpful. Will surely stay there for my next visit.

The rooms were not ready after 3 hours of checkin time. 12 of us had to wait at lobby and were shifted to another property which was okay but the location of that was bad. To add to it, we had to arrange own convenience and Hotel did not help at all even after this fiasco. This hotel's room were smelly, none of them had sizes as were displayed on images, no sofa etc. It was a horrible experience and I'd suggest everyone to avoid this.
