Cleanliness of lobbies could have been better.

Room and food was good. Breakfast options were limited but tasty and well prepared. Hotel manager was pleasant.

Swimming pool shown in photo has clean water. But in reality swimming pool water was not clean. Could not get into the pool because. It would have been a great stay otherwise!

Negative points 1) no hot water in the morning for bath 2) limited breakfast menu 3) no hot kettle in the room for tea and coffee 4) hotel do not serve morning tea in the room (tea with complimentary breakfast only), however, after our much request they served us the morning tea in the room 5) no food items served after lunch time, I guess up to 7 pm. Since we had travelled for whole of the day and checked in at 4 o'clock, at our request they served us bread butter in the room. 6) swimming pool was not functional

Hot water in wash room not available in early morning, would appreciate if hotel took effort to provide this in wash room. also should keep few hangars in wardrobe.

i liked the location, staff was extremely courteous and prompt. Mainly, cleanliness throughout the hotel especially wash room. the room was spacious and well ventilated.

Network connectivity is of only BSNL in the area though hotel provides free wifi. We got lukewarm water in bathroom in our room.

Swimming didn't have safety tube for non-swimmers, Food serving size at in-house restaurant was too much for even 2 people, couldn't try variety bcuz of it. WiFi signal strength was extremely poor but we didn't care much.

Breakfast was good, Swimming pool was fairly clean and well maintained. in-house restaurant was good though a bit expensive. Rooms were clean and comfortable, WiFi was free. Room service and housekeeping was efficient

If you are planning a decent family vacation SS is your place. Food is amazing .. complimentary breakfast was beyond my expectations...if you are someone who looks for a decent food outside..SS is your place while your visit to Dapoli... highly recommend for who are going along with there kids😊

Bathroom was too small. Food was not as per the expectation. Connectivity from hotel was big issue. Mobile Network was also a huge problem.

Bathroom should have exhaust fans and the wardrobe should have doors. Swimming pool was not functional from Day 1 and it only worked from Day 3 onwards. Can also include some play activities for kids. they don't have much choice here except pool.
