Boutique hotel in the middle of it all.

When I checked in, I was told that my room was really small and that I could go check it out and get a bigger room if it didn't suit my needs. That just felt like a unique way to try to upsell me. I thought the room, while very small, was plenty for me. I spent very few waking hours in it and it had a lovely balcony to go out onto.

The location was great - a boutique hotel in the middle of it all was just what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thought that the parking would be an issue, but it was not at all. Street parking was available and cheap. The lobby is a comfortable spot to have a coffee and watch people go by on the streets.

Breakfast should have been included as three of the other hotels I stayed in while in Iceland included breakfast except this one.

Hotel has an excellent location - close to great restaurants, shopping, the church and the water.

Bathroom was kind of small. Hard to avoid water getting everywhere when using the shower. Not enough hooks and no towel bars. Tiny sink. 2 twin comforters for king bed was odd, and no top sheet. Maybe that's standard bedding in Iceland.

Location is fantastic near retaurants and unique shops. Supermarket a block away, main bus stop 2 blocks away. Restaurant was very good. Breakfast was extensive, something for everyone. I enjoyed the fruit juice "shot". Mountain and water views from my 4th floor room were mesmerizing.

Buffet breakfast was $40 per person absolutely insane. would not recommend anyone do this. Iceland is expensive but you can find coffee shops with better food cheaper.

The location was perfect right in the heart of the town so easy to walk around to places. Room was nice, spacious and, clean. They stored our luggage over night which was amazing. Staff was so friendly and kind.
