The cabin was very cozy. We experienced a windy and snowy situation when we arrived in the area and were glad for the warm rooms and well appointed cabin. Very close to Borgarnes and easy to explore the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. The hosts were very responsive and quick to help with minor TV question. And, the northern lights were visible our last night.

The rooms were very small, only with space for the bed, but we could just leave our bags in the living room, so it wasn't really a big problem.

The house was very cozy and had everything we could need, even some board games! The location was very convenient, quite close from Reykjavik and from Snæfellsnes peninsula.

This is a perfect location just a short drive from Borgarnes. Quiet and beautiful. Thank you, I loved it.

Unfortunately the other guests parked their car in front of our window of the living room and blocked the wonderful view. It would be nice to tell the guests that they should park their car in the parking lot ;-) Also, some more information about the surroundings / tipps for excursions would be great. Some more cutlery, a dish washer and an oven would also be great. A few more lamps would be nice, too. The bandwith of the WiFi wasn't sufficient. We didn't use the WiFi that was provided at all.

The location has a very nice view. The house was clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Nice view, near Borgarnes, only 5 minutes by car. We had cottage nr 3, for 2 persons. Enough space, and a seperate bedroom. Nice sitting area with a view. Very quiet.

Bedroom was too small to put suitcases in there. Front door lock was hard to figure out. Parking area was difficult to figure out for three cars. We were asked to pull up the linens, take out the trash etc. That's what we're paying you for...

Beautiful, spacious living room with comfortable couch, dining room table and generous kitchen. Lots of spices and kitchen utensils and appliances. Extra blankets. Nice bathroom. Very nice view.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about this property.

We really liked this cottage for six. It worked really well for a night of our winter road trip.

Rooms were a little cold as only one small heater.

Massive apartment, could easily fit 8 pax. Well equipped kitchen. Location was lovely, at the outskirts of the town, around 8 minutes drive, so easy access to plenty groceries and restaurant options. Was lucky to catch northern lights here, places was dark enough for easy viewing.

The cottage is tucked away from a town about 10 minutes away so you won't have problem finding food/petrol/groceries. You share the area with 2 other cottages. You will have everything you need to cook up a meal. Check in was easy. Cottage was clean. Light pollution was minimal so ideal for northern lights. The night sky put on a show that night.

Internet was unstable. The host warned about it and we know it is not their fault.

The location was great, and the cottages had been designed to give maximum privacy. Very clean and well organized.

Nothing it was honestly perfect

The view and the environment of the place were wonderful. To overlook the lake, but also have the mountains rising behind us was magical. also, the cottage was very clean and nice, it felt cozy and at home.
