The apartment was a great price and the location was fantastic if you want to be close to the city but without the pricetag! There was always parking available, shops on your front door, and places to eat seconds away! Comunication was amazing, and it was a stress free process from start to finish. I would definitely use them again!

Couldn't wash dishes as the tap was broken. But they did get it fixed by the next evening.

The location was good with super market right opposite to the apartment and subway right next to it. The host was approachable and had a smooth check in.

Perfect for a family school holiday trip. Great value, clean but basic option suited for a family trip with 3 children. Well equipped with towels, hairdryer, washing up liquid etc. Free parking available. Kitchen area made it possible to make a picnic and cook a simple meal on some nights as eating out was often expensive. Supermarket opposite for provisions. Easy check in and check out.

The smart key at the front of the apartment wasn’t working well even though I was given another code. We waited another hour 4pm before someone from the building fortunately happened to be going out. They said they have the sane problem. We use the key to get inside the building

The cloth to clean the dishes was missing. It didn't bother us much and I am sure that if we have contacted the property we could get a spare one, but it would be good if this was checked in advance.

There is a luggage room available, where we left the bags after check out, which is a great option

Not enough vessels for 4-5 guests.would have been nice to have a bread toaster.the bathroom door was not so good.

We where right next to the entrance/exit, so all we heard where people stamping the snow off their shoes 🫣 front of the apartment was a wall of glass, not really necessary as being on the ground floor you had to keep the curtains closed anyway to stop people from looking in. The room seemed to be missing a curtain panel, which let the light in from outside, over the entrance/exit at night. We did request 2 single beds, as it was me and my sister travelling, but got a king size bed with 2 duvets. Only small things but would make a big difference

Perfect little apartment. Had everything we needed. Nice and warm for 2 weary travellers and the bed was SO comfortable! Right over the road was a fab little patisserie and a krönan store, ideal for essentials, and only 10 mins away from sky lagoon and 15 mins from grötta lighthouse

There is no on site reception team so when the arrived on our first day and there was no hot water we had to get in touch by text, however the team were really responsive and the issue was sorted within a few hours.

The room had an amazing view, was a good size, good value for money and the check in instructions were easy to follow. The hotel is located opposite a supermarket and a few coffee shops which came in handy and a short journey from the wonderful Sky Lagoon! The booking team were easy to get hold of for any questions or issues.

Not the most updated accommodations, sulfurous smell of water and then apartment after showering. Somewhat rundown in comparison to other accommodations.

Hobs didn’t work, could do with more sound proofing as lots of noise from corridor, shower could do with a bit of extra cleaning and some mould around the edges

Kitchen was small and limited resources for cooking if staying for more days. Floor was clean but not washed that cleanly.

Decent size room with 3 beds , kitchen and dining table ad private toilet. Nice location. Supermarkets etc. just a min away. And Reykjavik Center also just few mins away. Parking also right below the apartments. Good in the price offered.

There was a kitchen but some more utilities would be better. The pots didnt fit on the stove. Sonif u want to cook here keep it simple

The beds weren’t the comfiest, we only got one pillow each and they were pretty flat but it was fine for the 4 nights we were there. not enough to put us off!

the property was exactly what you need for this type of holiday, a place to sleep. It was in a really good location especially if you are renting a car it’s just a 10 min drive into Reykjavik. It had good facilities near by, a couple of supermarkets right across the road and some restaurants and bakeries near by too. It is also quite close to the Sky Lagoon which was really handy and if you get a room the looks over the sea you can see across to Perlan which is lovely at night. It’s not the fanciest but it does the job!

Windows could be tighter, it did get quite cold at night as the wind blew through them. The floor could have been wiped better before our arrival. The walls/door are quite thin so it was easy to hear neighbours.

Good value for money, shops across the street, free parking, comfy bed, good location for people with a rented car.

The bathroom was a let down. The drains (or water?) smelt really really bad all the time. Like rotten eggs

The view was amazing, the bed was super comfortable, great heaters, good kitchen facilities, nice size apartment, in a good area - next to lots of food places
