No coffee maker in apartment but one in common area and lower level. Could have used more instruction on how to use the smart options panel.

Beautiful, clean and modern. Close to everything, with a nice kitchen with stovetop and oven. Staff was wonderful and stored our luggage while we explored and gave us tips on things to do and places to eat. We visited in March but in the summer the patio area would be great to use!

Very clean and accommodating spaces in the kitchen and bedroom. Having access to a laundry and full kitchen is a big plus. Lots of space to organize luggage!

Unreliable Wi-Fi; made a reservation for 3 people but there were no linens/pillow in our room for the pullout so we had to go find them (fortunately there was a room with extra linens easily accessible that I had found as we walked in; totally reasonable to have guests do this, it would just be nice if instructions regarding this were in the room or the check in email :))

Had a problem getting in as no key was in the locked box. Then changed rooms which had no bedding for sofa bed, something was then lost in translation and was the shortly resolved.

We had booked an apartment for 3 colleagues, two single beds and a sofa bed. We got a double bed and a sofa bed. The lady who had prepared our room told us they get no information forwarded about the desired bed arrangement. In the end it was not a big deal since the double bed consisted in fact of two beds that could be separated, only the fitted sheet had to be changed. But it is something for the management to keep in mind and organize better.

This is a very nice new property. Our apartment (a living room with a kitchenette + a bedroom + WC/shower) was elegant and clean. The kitchenette is well-equipped. Among other things, we located the French press that had been advertised. The sofa bed (a very solid bed, wide) was the best bed in the apartment! The property is very close to the harbor and the central street. The entrance of the building was a bit difficult to locate, quite bit off on the side from the street, but in fact the red signs (about "new mail boxes") do lead there.

So much space, huge living room and bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a lot of convenient hangers and space, all areas super clean, available washing and drying machine in the common areas. We received detailed and simple information for check-in and check-out, super friendly communication. The location is perfect, less than 10minutes walking to the ferry (perfect for travelers without a car). This was by far the best stay out of 13 accommodations across Iceland! I couldn’t recommend more.

The room was very hot but we were able to open the balcony door to adjust this.

Location for exploring Heimaey town and island excellent. The communication was fine and the check in easy. The apartment was very clean and it was so useful to have washing machine and drier to use.

Careful - the standard apartments 001-003 are below ground level with little windows, trouble ventilating properly and suffering from the noise other guests make when using the washing machine and dryer. These are definitely overpriced but more importantly false representations are being made on booking.com! When contacting property staff via booking.com no answer!

Great location. Most comfortable sofa sleeper ever. Only provided a total of 2 pillows for 2 beds and 2 towels for 3 nights but staff brought more upon request.

In the hallway, there is a washing machine available for use, but unfortunately, there is no dryer. If four people are staying, the space is a bit limited, and there isn't much room left after unfolding the luggage and sofa bed.

The kitchen is very spacious, and the induction stove and oven are excellent, making cooking very convenient.

I had a bedroom window facing a street where a popular pub is located. I woke up every night because of the noise from drunk people when the bar closed.

Unit needs additional amenities. No coffee maker. 'Common area' downstairs had broken ice machine and dirty coffee machine, not able to use.

Liked the location and ease of parking. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Pictures of unit were accurate. Check-in process and check-out worked very well.

No view, but that was not relevant for us. Only downside was that it was very expensive - but that was the only hotel available that night, Inthink because it was the end of the annual August festival.

We were there for only one nIght, on Westmanyaer. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were there to see the puffins on the south tip of the island (we got there around 10:30 and still saw some puffins - but earlier is better).
