No wifi, no cleaning products for the kitchen (no spongo or dish detergent) water from the shower comes out and floods the bathroom floor, no hair dryer in the room, had to go ask for it in the reception which is far away, old wool type cover on the bed that gave us all soo much allergy, no room cleaning, no coffee options in the room (no options to make a coffee) restaurant buffet is not great and you pay 20€ per person.

Location is close to gardaland, the fact rooms have a small kitchenette is comfortable.

The playground for the small children was very old. It needs a renovation. It would also have been great to have an indoor playground as well. The hotel wants you to clean the kitchen and throw out the garbage when you check out - otherwise you will get a ticket of 100 euros. But you need to bring your own washing soap for the dishes and bags for the garbage as well.

I liked that the apartment was big and there was a lot of space for my family. It was also very nice that the residence did contain both an indoor and outdoor pool - so you dont feel that it is a waste of money if the weather is not good. I liked that there were many pools and they were all clean and the apartment was clean too. It was great there were two airconditions in our apartment - one for each room. The breakfast buffet was ok. There were many things to choose from - something for every taste.

I think there needs to be more support when locating the self catering accommodation. A map was provided but difficult to use in the dark and in unfamiliar location. Also the distance from the reception was difficult to negotiate without the availability of luggage trollies especially when travelling with young children who needed assistance.

The pools were excellent, and there was a selection to choose from. The shuttle bus was a real bonus as taxi rides would have added considerably to the expense. Entertainment team worked extremely hard throughout the day and were very friendly.

Room wasn’t very clean, floors left our feet black and balcony covered in bird poo constantly, need to do something to prevent the birds from sitting there as couldn’t put clothes or towels out to dry.

It played loud music around the family pool all day long was a bit too much for us. There was no life guard managing the pools properly. I personally found it quite scary when kids start jumping off in the middle of the slides as they are high ........

Our flight home was cancelled, so we booked into the 1 bed apartment for extra 3 days until we have a flight home. The family pool with the big slide is great. Everyone loved it.

Small improvements in service and what's provided would help improve customer satisfaction. Very important to have friendly helpful personnel meet and greet guests checking in particularly late at night after a long day of travel. This was not our experience. It would be good also if there was some place in the resort to buy basics like milk and bread, and not have to rely on an online shopping delivery next day when you need the food today. Aldi not far away but complicated to get to even if you have a car. Wifi is important for us all and good provision on holidays is a must. Wifi was sketchy at the best of times even up at the hotel.

For children, the pools and activities were very good. Choice of places to eat in the resort were good and varied, but more healthy foods need to be more readily available.

The parking was very far from where we stayed. we had to walk a lot carrying heavy luggage, and they didn’t tell us about it before. It is 2023 and the place has no WiFi, which is usually standard. The fridge and freezer are really small. The freezer barely works, it doesn’t freeze anything. The recycling bin is the tiniest I have ever seen, and they don’t provide you with bags. The kitchen utensils were broken. They only change the towels every 4 days, or you pay for new ones. The shower is really small. The outside is better than the inside. The apartment is very basic.

we arrived by taxi to reception rather late in the evening and the site has no transport from reception to the apartment. we had to walk a good 15 mins in the dark trying to locate our apartment.

onsite facilities were great, free shuttle bus to and from town was much welcomed as the site is a little remote.

There wasn’t wifi in the Room but if you need wifi ,at the reception is some wifi available (slow wifi).

It was very close to Gardaland. The Room was clean, big and comfortable with a little kitchen inside.

the hotel rooms are very nice but apartments were not comfortable enough.

Entirely impossible to travel the relatively short distance to Peschiera town on foot (just over a mile) due to lack of safe pedestrian route, not made clear prior to booking.

Free shuttle service, although would have been good to know it only stops at the station at 9 and 10am. Setting is beautiful. Apartment was a great size and facilities inside fine for self catering. Pools were lovely.
