To have guests and the security process is too much. They might have reason but to make it as a rule is inconvenient.

Everyone saves chairs in the morning! Big groups taking up all the shade sometimes. The guards set them up at 6 am. So if you’re a couple and not an early bird no shade for you.

Love the gardens walk to the pool and beach. The pool is a decent size for swimming. Also the beach area is lovely and has shade trees.

Response from the staff. There was Water supply issues and it was not addressed , once we informed the staff came and checked. WiFi not working in room Have to wait for check in despite 1 staff mentioning that rooms will be ready and second one mentioning house keeping staff has come late No Drinking water in room

Guests came out and placed towels on chaise lounges first thing in the morning and left. Not fair to other guests who wanted spots that were already taken. Not a problem when fewer guests were around.

personnel involved in food service were all extremely helpful. Only had diinner twice at the resort and the food was ok! Service in the restaurant was very good.

Wifi was very spotty and inconsistent. Television channels/options were very bad. Breakfast service staff were good but it took a long time to get our meal and then get our bill. Breakfast would often take 45 mins to an hour all total!

Low water pressure. The odor of sewage on the beach prolly due to water pressure issues. May have been due to so many customers. The place was packed with tourists.

The staff at the lunch bar and life guards were not attentive. We stood at the bar with four bartenders and four guests and never got served. We went next door to Sandy Haven. Life guards were not raking the beach except one and not the main guy.

Only complaint was a room service tray being left outside a room uncleared for 24 hours, but as soon as I raised this it was sorted.

Free continental breakfast was very good with wide variety of fruit and pastries. Restaurant overlooking the beach. Beautiful beach centrally located on seven-mile beach.

This was our fourth time to Coco La Palm. There is nothing negative to say - we always have a good time there.

Breakfast was good. The "free" continental breakfast could have a better choice besides breads and pastries. There are cheaper bfast option at other places like Negril Palms

The service was great with one exception, the woman at the beach bar. She was surly and offensive. In fact a number of staff at the beach bar were not as great as the rest of the staff. Also, the people at the front desk could have been more polite and helpful. The rest of the staff at the resort were fantastic.

Beach, service, food, staff (with one exception). Beach was fabulous, ranking in the top 3 we have been to. The staff were mostly fantastic, the food was very good. The grounds were great, what you would expect at a tropical location. The pools were very nice but did not use them much since the beach was so nice.

They always have problems with the hot tub

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Good value for the money. When I discovered a large error on my bill when I got home the office manager promptly made a refund. Food is always good and fair value. Our sixth stay here.

Pricey drinks. Not much difference between a standard and deluxe rooms. You get a little outdoor patio with a deluxe room. I switched rooms and forgot my expensive sandals in the room I moved from. Called housekeeping to see if they had my sandals. They did not. Grrr. Of course not

The property overall is nice. Friendly staff. The food at the restaurant is very good.

Staff saving chairs for guests...wouldn't let us have chairs at 0800, and the girls who the chairs were saved for didn't show up until after 1:30. Some guests didn't get chairs at all and seeing dozens of saved chairs really pssed mo off.
