We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

JamaicaOne of the beds made a lot of squeaky sound, whether you brushed against it or sit. It was really annoying. The bedroom roof light wasn't working either.

United States of AmericaWe didn't get the room we reserved. The one we got was super small. The bathroom door knob was broken and wasn't repaired. Food took FOREVER as well as food orders not put in correctly but again, the food was delicious!!

United States of AmericaThe room was probably a little overpriced for what it was. The restaurant at the hotel and the ones in the surrounding area were extremely overpriced. While it is understandable that their prices are inflated for tourists, the prices were much more than expected, exceeding what we would expect to pay in a tourist area in the States.
The staff was nice, and the facilities were okay, for what they were. It did seem like some renovations were underway. It was a decent place to stay for a night, with adequate security, but it is not somewhere we would like to stay for an extended period. There was a grocery store within walking distance, which was convenient.

South AfricaDid not have a mini fridge or balcony, and the room had a strong mildew smell - some more air fresheners or treatment would be good. I was sure when I made the booking that I would have a minibar and balcony.
The stay was really nice, location is great. The garden is super pretty. Also compliments on how clean the premises is kept.

JamaicaMy room started to flood with water the minute we turned off the AC even after we put it back on it was pouring from the roof. There wasn’t enough towels in the room and the security wasn’t able to locate any for us. As we had to use the ones that were there on the floor to avoid slipping.
The fact that it was centrally located, the staff members were accommodating especially the security.

Super location on the beach! The best part of 7 mile beach. Nice and very clean room surrounded by beautiful garden :) Fantastic bed and nice shower. Great housekeeping!!! Nice bar on the beach.
