One of the beds made a lot of squeaky sound, whether you brushed against it or sit. It was really annoying. The bedroom roof light wasn't working either.

We love the nature part of it, the plants and the beach ⛱️.

Showers were intermittently cold/scalding, lighting was poor, no place for clothing.

We didn't get the room we reserved. The one we got was super small. The bathroom door knob was broken and wasn't repaired. Food took FOREVER as well as food orders not put in correctly but again, the food was delicious!!

For the price, ($200usd per night) I'm afraid I'm going to have to demand hot water. The kitchen was boring, too. 😞

The room was probably a little overpriced for what it was. The restaurant at the hotel and the ones in the surrounding area were extremely overpriced. While it is understandable that their prices are inflated for tourists, the prices were much more than expected, exceeding what we would expect to pay in a tourist area in the States.

The staff was nice, and the facilities were okay, for what they were. It did seem like some renovations were underway. It was a decent place to stay for a night, with adequate security, but it is not somewhere we would like to stay for an extended period. There was a grocery store within walking distance, which was convenient.

The property was dirty, the floors had the same trash on the day we arrived as the day we left. Some other people staying were very loud. Playing loud music at the beach an drunken shouting at night.

A bit of water issues.

The rooms were surrounded by a garden and for me that was a highlight. The room was small but cozy. Except with a bit of water issues, the stay was good. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Did not have a mini fridge or balcony, and the room had a strong mildew smell - some more air fresheners or treatment would be good. I was sure when I made the booking that I would have a minibar and balcony.

The stay was really nice, location is great. The garden is super pretty. Also compliments on how clean the premises is kept.

1 there was no internet connection inside of the rooms .2 Rooms should have come with a mini fridge and microwave .3 Cable did not have enough channels

1 There were too much opening between the window seams there was a lot of mosquitoes inside the rooms. 2 You need to put mats by the door to go inside to clean off the sand from your feet . 3 The servant of the food is not enough It's like your catering for all kids

They could offer a better facility as for restaurant bar looked old but very good drinks fixing. All installations are good but I think requires more updating in the restaurant, bar area

My room started to flood with water the minute we turned off the AC even after we put it back on it was pouring from the roof. There wasn’t enough towels in the room and the security wasn’t able to locate any for us. As we had to use the ones that were there on the floor to avoid slipping.

The fact that it was centrally located, the staff members were accommodating especially the security.

The pool was dirty as hell :( Renovation still taking place, so nothing look like on the photos. No tables & umbrellas around the pool and full of dust. Bar closing at 9pm.

Super location on the beach! The best part of 7 mile beach. Nice and very clean room surrounded by beautiful garden :) Fantastic bed and nice shower. Great housekeeping!!! Nice bar on the beach.
