We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNoisy dog next door barking constantly. Could do with some updating to the properties. Friendly little mouse in the kitchen but didn’t appreciate the mouse droppings on the work tops and in the pots and pans every morning. Could be a fantastic property with some updating but then I guess it would be reflected in increased price

The Gardens does not serve breakfast, but that wasn't a problem as we brought our own food. The location was very quite and comfortable - we especially favoured that.

JamaicaI had a short stay so there was only the microwave that took a long time to reheat my food.
Breakfast options was not included but that was not a problem because a shopping center was nearby (10min walk) that included multiple restaurants and other entertainment. Lastly I appreciate how soft the bed was, I was able to sleep peacefully.

Bangladeshthe amenities are very basic and old and they don’t have any access to food on property which can be hard during covid curfews. I think it’s more expensive than it should be though.
the space is beautiful and lush, people are very friendly and the best thing was they connected me to a lovely tour guide- Andrew hall. he was super nice and took me to all the good spots

United States of AmericaI always feel so safe when I stay here. The staff is always available for all your needs. Jennifer even washed our clothes for us. The owner is very professional and always makes sure our stay is comfortable. There is a hugh shopping center right down the street that has everything you could need. The price is great for how big the apartment is.

The pool areas and the view from the bedroom. it’s peaceful even tho in town. it’s not luxury but very comfortable. and I absolutely fell in love with Mr smith and Miss Jennifer there. they work so hard to make you comfortable they even helped me a get a taxi for my children as they left before my husband and I.

Cayman IslandsBasically its old property not much has been done . I hear from Taxi driver that its same since last 6 yrs plus. The owner charged me more. they charge me tax which was not there in booking.com rates. I missed my flight and came back to property and requested owner to give me some discount as I had to spend 500 USD for reschedule and also I am checking out within 12 hrs but owner didn't listen and gave reduction of 10 dollar. basically had tough time. When it started raining there was leakage in Bedroom so that was scary as it was near AC power switch.
breakfast was not there. The kitchen was ok ok so we cooked some morning noodles. The worker smith is very good person . full greenery and nice view from window. the swimming pool is clean. The Location is near to US Embassy 10 minutes drive

Cayman IslandsThe host number was i got from booking site was not available through my stay. On the night i arrived i tried so many times to call the host but it goes straight to voice call. The day i checked out which was around 6:00am there was no water for me shower or brush my teeth and i tried so many times to call but was not successful. There is an aggressive dog on the property which will keep you from coming outside or in fear of attack when you want to go out. The total price i got from booking.com is $150 but i was charged $170.
I liked that there was a swimming pool on the property. Everything in the unit works .
