The reception staff that took over from Ms Browns shift. They were rude and dismissive, made it difficult for me to communicate with them. They were often sat outside chatting amongst themselves which meant I had to awkwardly break up the chat to request service. They could learn a thing or too from ms brown.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Ms Brown was warm friendly and kind. Nothing was too much for her. She executed excellent customer service. Security was good. The view from my room was beautiful.

You had to put in orders for dinner too far in advance but Fish Cove Restaurant and Bar was close by and you are able to get almost anything there. It’s less than 10 mins by car.

The room was clean, the room was sufficiently large, the room had sufficient sockets and spaces to work, the view from the room was awesome, I had a large private balcony, the ac worked and worked very well and the staff was pleasant and attentive without being overly friendly.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was wonderful; very friendly. They were very helpful. I had a family function which everyone enjoyed. The function room was nicely decorated by the staff. Because of the rain I did not get a chance to walk around the property but from what I saw I would go back.

Pool wasn’t clean had leaves and sand in it. Interior looks dated and could do with modernising. Meal facilities needs to be more accessible as restricted currently.

Staff were friendly and always keen to assist. Having working aircon was amazing .

Bed was hard. Bugs in room. It looks like they have renovations going on, so the property didn't look as good as we were expecting.

What I didn’t love about the room was the bed and the pillows where uncomfortable it was so hard. The bath room needs some tender love care with the cosmetic. The wall plug in the where limited.

What I did love was the worker was amazing and the place was very clean and the food was delicious how ever the service took forever.

There was one rude receptionist. She gave us dirty looks and when we asked for coffee she told us there wasn’t any. At that point the housekeeper over heard her and decided to leave her lunch break to make us coffee now that was exceptional service. One bad receptionist and security guard can cost the hotel to lose customers.. the rest of the staff were amazing and made up for where those two were lacking.

The chef is amazinggggg, house keeper is so helpful and caring.

As was identified in reviews prior to our stay some relatively minor maintenance factors need to be rectified such as missing socket plates and removed skirting etc If we had a longer stay some outdoor seating and tables to utilise outdoor terrace would be good

General cleanliness was good and for our needs well located It is a very pleasant place to stay and would readily reccomend for travellers to the area. I made use of the pool and well maintained gardens with its stunning sea views We would definitely stay here again especially if they had a preferential rates for longer stays

The location was great. The linens need to replace , furniture need to replace especially the ones on the patio they are danger zone . Cracked and falling apart.
