There was a smell of sewage in our room the whole night..

The hotel staff were lovely, nice and clean room. Breakfast selection was okay. We stopped here for 1 night only so didn’t explore the town much. Location was however good.

Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM which is a bit late if one has to catch an early flight. Room at 4th floor with no elevator.

There is a mosque very close and it was noisy at 5AM.

We have found great people working there, that are willing to help and support tourists. The atmosphere was almost like in family. The hotel is placed in the middle of tourist district in Madaba. One of its greatest feautures was opened roof with restaurant and believe - it was unforgettable sight! There is a parking 4 minutes walk from there. I definately recomend this place!

Perfect location, in front of ortodox curch. Room was cozy,and big and bed was great. Everything was so clean. Recepcionist was very kind, he gave us info what to visit, where to eat. Breakfast was good, and on top of the building, so the view to the curch is great.

Corridor’s can be noisy.

Very cosy room, delicious breakfast (waffles ❤️) served in the roof-bar, friendly and helpful staff. Located in the city center, very close to all mosaic spots and other atractions. Best hummus and falafel sandwiches nearby - look for a place called Hummus Loreena.

I can’t think of anything.

Sajar, Yama and Dema make the BEST breakfast! Even waffles! After regs cheese and tomatoes everyday, this was a welcome treat! Simon’s massage after walking around Petra was a good idea. The showers are fantastic, the bed is comfy, there is plenty of room to store your stuff. And the views are spectacular! I loved people watching on my balcony, and admiring the distant views, churches and minarets from the roof top. There’s even a hammock egg chair type thing! Brilliant location. Never need a taxi for anything unless you’re going further afield. (But even then a great loc for Mt Nebo, Dead Sea, and Bethany by the Jordan- the Baptism site)

I stayed one night at this hotel. I was supposed to arrive a day earlier but because my flight was delayed, I was not able to make it for the day I booked it. They were so considerate in how they took care of this, I am grateful for this as I was so stressed out. Excellent place to stay, it was my first night in Jordan and I was made to feel so completely at home here, staff is extremely helpful. I was able to walk around from here to see the sites which was convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in Madaba.

The only downside for me was the fact there is no elevator. Other than that, the stay was really good.

The staff was extremely nice! The owner shows you all the things to see around the area and the hotel is right in the middle of it. Also Saja, Yana en Dema made an incredible breakfast which you can enjoy with the view from the roof. (Most breakfast in Jordan hotels are quite disappointing, but this one is definitely worth trying!)

No parking but it easy to find a parking place

We spend two night at the hotel. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and they gave us some recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. The breakfast was good, and the rooftop offered a view of the Saint George church and the mosque, which was pleasant. The localisation is perfect, in the center near from all the Places of interest

In our view, the best part of this hotel is the marvellous attention we received from the hotel staff. We want to congratulate all of them, from the manager to the rest of workers but if we have to emphasize the attention of one of them, we would select Dina. She was really kind, lovely and helpful since the first minute. She also researched for us how we should travel from Ammán to Israel and also help us to manage the rental car we used in Jordan. Moreover, the way she help us before, during and after our stay in the hotel was marvellous. She will be always in our hearts.
