We had a great stay here. Mohammad from reception looked after us so well and all the staff couldn’t do enough. Very hospitable staff who parked our car, took cases to our room and gave us a complimentary fruit basket. The room had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. We had a great meal at Al Wadi restaurant which was 5 minutes from the hotel. Hotel is not in walking distance to Petra but this did not bother us as we had a car. Great terrace views of Petra from the 4th floor terrace.

Very warm greetings from receptionist his name ismael, rooms clean and comfortable, view of our rooms was unique, breakfast was delicious and variety and staff friendly and excellent service, we use spa and massage facilities they're fantastic. Highly recommended

Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Top floor refreshment room with a panoramic view for sunset (note not outdoors). Friendly helpful staff. Some good local restaurant options and a longer walk to the main drag.

We were delighted when we checked in, to hear that we received a complimentary upgrade to a suite - many thanks to the operations manager! The front desk staff (especially Ismail) were all polite, respectful and helpful. The room is immaculately clean and well maintained. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the food was excellent. Breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. The hotel has a great rooftop bar to watch the sunset and a clean and well sized indoor pool. It is an easy walk to the centre of town. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved everything about this property! Top-notch service. I was greeted by the front desk, staff Mohammed, who was able to accommodate an early check-in and a complementary drink and fruit basket. The entire staff of this hotel is elite. The service is incomparable, and I was treated like royalty.  I will definitely book again.
