This hotel was exceptional. From the second we walked in, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and gave us all the advice we needed. The room was beautiful and the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The dinner buffet on the roof terrace was brilliant, with views at sunset towards Petra. It’s also one of the closest hotels to the entrance to Petra. The pool was a lovely place to be after a hot day out. Breakfast buffet was also great. This hotel was exceptional value for money and I felt the quality and cleanliness far exceeded my expectations, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in around the world. Everything was brilliant.

Good location within walking distance to Petra entrance although have to climb back up to hotel after the visit. Staffs at the reception were nice and helpful. Available parking spaces behind the hotel. Added bonus with the swimming pool.

All was very good !

Very clean hotel, just in front the visitor center, dream breakfast with all kind of sweet and savory things. The staff of the hotel was really kind and flexible: one day we arrived late to the breakfast after a early sunrise visit in Petra and they served us something for breakfast: very keen and helpful. Top rooftop and spectacular swimming pool in front with view on the mountains. One of our best experience worldwide.

Location was right outside the entrance to Petra. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The room was larger than expected and had a great view, however the bed was extremely hard. Tough to sleep on.

The location could not have been better. It was across the street from the visitor centre, museum and entrance to Petra. The buffet dinner on the roof was superb and the view and sunset magical. The chef took the time to help us with one of our visitors who has food allergies. The breakfast was equally as good and the staff were attentive, friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable, there were complimentary drinks and snacks in our fridge, as well as a fruit tray, a bowl of nuts and amazing chocolates. Such a pleasant unexpected surprise.

Unbelievable. Right in front of the access gate to Petra, we took a five bed room (just look at the photos!) for our family at an incredible price, luxurious, continuosly serviced by a friendly staff and a rooftoop swimming pool with a view to the mountains you are going to travel the next dawn (recommended be the first to enter, you'll be practically alone fior the spiritual experience)

This is a fantastic hotel. It feels like a 5 star hotel with a 4 star price. The entire staff were amazing, welcoming and professional. A special mention to Amer from housekeeping who couldn't do enough to make our stay special and Raja on reception who was very helpful.

The room was amazing,very large,very clean with all amenities,with a big,bright bathroom. We found a welcome basket with fruits and the staff was helpful and nice The location is great for an early acces to the site of Petra, and the dinner at the rooftop is unforgettable.
