Location is good, within walking distance from two shopping malls, and close to several good restaurants. The area is nice. Breakfast is good, staff very nice.

Breakfast can become better and also their Indian Cuisine. otherwise I enjoyed their food. Room service was excellent and staff were fab. Front office was exceptional and great and really helped me.

The flooring in the toilets and room is very slippery Had a full kitchen but no utensils provided in the executive suite room. On asking was told that cooking is not allowed.

Perfect location, easy uber availability, near 2 big malls safe area, excellent breakfast. Was provided a small pot for making tea on cooker, on request. Thanks for that.

The room I was in needed renovating - the bathroom cabinet door was hanging off the hinge, the phone was beeping because of a low battery and the fridge hummed so loud it kept me awake at night. I also paid for a late check-out in advance, yet was still locked out of my room at the original time. Small things could have been improved. This room is not suitable if you need to work as the desk is too small. The larger one-bedroom suites are better.

This is a nice little hotel, breakfast was good and staff were generally nice.

The breakfast personell were absolutely horrible. The breakfast also was really poor. Service was really poor at times. A few were trying their best, but others were not doing a particularly good job. I ordered eggs, did not receive them. I ordered a Spanish omelette, I did not receive it. When I finally did it was not eatable. I ordered coffee, it was not delivered...also they did not have much to select from. Generally poor breakfast, but endurable.

The location is good and the size of the rooms with a good price.

Bids is very well located for enjoying Nairobi shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

all is fine Although..... we lived in a big suite with a kitchen. No kitchens stuff, no oven, no pans, so probably its better to reorganize this part, because we couldn't use the it ( didn't need too). For families with kids will be an disadvantage, i suppose.

We staid in this hotel second time , first in 2022 and second in 2023. Stuff is very friendly and breakfasts are very delicious ( not traditional European, but kenyan with indian touch) So far no complaints, only positive feelings, sincerely recommended.

An older but well maintained hotel with a nice garden and pool right across from Sarit Centre. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite which was really a large one bedded apartment with kitchen, lounge and balcony and was most comfortable

There is nothing dislike except for few minors thing. The breakfast has very limited options. it could have be much better.

The Apartment was specious. we booked 2 bedroom apartment. the location is amazing and walking distance to malls. The area is secure so is facility. The apartment has all facilities including kitchen. 2 big size bathroom and living room.

Lovely King Suite, and good facilities in the hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff! Delicious food in the hotel restaurant. Great location. Overall we loved our stay!

Room key unavailable first 4 hours feeling trapped relying on leaving and being let back into the room

We stay on a regular basis an I see room for improvement on the breakfast as it is a bit boring and not that tasty.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable and the room is dark. Good capuchino

A bit nickle and dimie for some things but would very much recommend the hotel to others, as the combination of solid staff, amenities, communication, and location outweighs any negative.

Amenities were superb, location is central and in a nice area of Nairobi for relaxing before out-of-city adventures.
