Great stay. Really enjoyed the cafe and breakfast. Staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was clean and our family was comfortable. Some decor could use updating, but this did not affect our stay. Would be happy to stay again.

- Check-out is unnecessarily long ... you have to stay and wait for 5 minutes "for the room to be checked"... - it is very awkward and ruins the overall impression of the hotel... the staff and the owners seem not to understand how bad it is and how they push the visitors off with this procedure of unnecessarily time wasting - No sound isolation whatsoever - Rooms can be too small

The hotel is close to the city centers and bus stations, and it also serves a good breakfast. Even though there were some language barriers in communicating with the staff, they tried their best to help us with everything we needed. They helped us in ordering food late at night, as well as packing our breakfast early in the morning on our last day.

While the hotel had its strengths, such as friendly staff, I found some aspects less than ideal. The location was quite far from downtown, requiring a 40-minute walk, which made it less convenient for exploring the city center. Additionally, I found the beds to be uncomfortable, as they were too hard for my liking.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was positive. The staff, despite some language barriers, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me. Their effort to communicate and help despite the language barrier was greatly appreciated.

The big minus is that it is terribly far from the center. It was not even possible to close the door to the toilet in the room, because it was broken. And overall, I expected much better from the staff. I expected better service for the price. Upon arrival, no service was offered to me, and after requesting a sauna, I was only told that it was full today. But no effort to offer me at least another day. At the same time, the hotel was undergoing repairs, but that was a small thing. Overall I was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this place nor would I return.

The room was clean and the breakfast was the biggest I have ever experienced in Kyrgyzstan.

We felt it was a bit far from the city centre but on the other hand the taxi is so cheap that we did not have an issue with it.

Loveliest little hotel with bungalows and rooms. Lovely sauna and small swimming pool to enjoy 24/7. Nice breakfast with really nice chicken samosas, porridge, eggs and various cheese and sausages. Quiet area of a capital city- so quiet that you wake up in the morning because you are recharged and slept well as opposed to cars and city noise. Lovely staff

We can hear the footsteps or noise from the above room. That was little disturbing while sleeping.

We took a quadrable room. It was just a normal size room with 4 beds. So a bit too small. Also no lift, small stairs and no help with the luggage. I guess this is when you can get for this amount of money you are paying. Also I didn't like the receptionist asking us to wait until they check the room upon check-in out.

Lots of visitors, so if you arrived late to the breakfast, some products were not left. It was a new year, but still it is not so nice to wake up at 5.30 in the morning for noisy partying upstairs. Told to reception about this, but it continued. Bad sound insulation, so you can here everything from the corridor as well as above rooms.

Comfortable and clean rooms, lots of space. Helpful and friendly stuff, also speaking English. The price is ok.

We have not received what we have seen in the photos. They assigned our room in the 2nd Floor. There is no lift facility and there is no one who can help us to take our luggage. Kitchen staff for Breakfast are not interested to communicate and does not want to fill up the items which are already finished. No room clean up services provided during our stays. We are supposed to receive four beds. However, we received three beds and one sofa bed which is not at all comfortable.

No lift, at least assist your guests with luggages as they don't have initiative since the stairs are way too high. Offer some transporter to move your luggages up and down.

Small hotel located in Bishkek not that far from the city centre. Staff speaking russian and little bit english. Rooms were very nice, well equiped. Buffet breakfast was rich and delicious. I don't have much to complain about.

Hotel kausar was very nice property to stay in bishkek, 11 minutes away from main city but worth it. This was our first stay in kyrgyzstan and liked it. Staff at night and morning was very helpful and allowed us to modify rooms according to our need and availability upon arrival. Good for sharing but not for a solo trip. Breakfast was lovely with continental dishes, tea and coffee( only paid). Would suggest to everyone!

Communication problem at first checked in at 7 am and paid 1/2 day. Shower pressure on 2nd floor room is very poor. Need clr to fight calcium on tap.

Elias the front office speaks English and helps us with exploring the town. Good value hotel.Did not have the chance to try the sauna.
