This is really a spotless hotel! We had some second thoughts when we first saw the location, but it transpired to be a very peaceful place with nice restaurants and bars (which gives you a good opportunity to escape the crazy tourist center ☺️)

Initially I was concerned about the location being not so close to town but that did not end up being a problem as it was nice and quiet and tuk tuk to town was quick and cheap

The room was large, very clean. The staff were all very lovely. Breakfast was good. the pool was great. The decor in the hotel is very nice

A little bit outside of the central area of the city (Pub Street), but you can walk it in 10-15 minutes.

A new structure, very nice room with a small balcony. We loved the swimming pool. Good breakfast with a vast choice. The staff was really very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money!

The staff are excellent, exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also great and with great service. The location is very convent to the main town and market areas by tuk tuk, also walkable but tuk tuk is better and only about $2 to get anywhere in town. The hotel staff are more than happy to call for a tuk tuk anytime. The property is spotless and very comfortable, a great value for what you get. Highly recommended.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. They liaised with a driver who took us to see the sights and booked bus tickets for us. The hotel was very clean and had beautiful displays of fresh flowers. Our room was comfortable and very clean and the pool was great. The hotel is in a good location close to the centre of Siem Reap and has many shops close by. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.

The hotel is a great location for the museum then the temples. The pool is beautiful and perfect to cool off in at the end of the day or to start your adventures in Siem Reap. It's a short walk into the busy areas where you'll find something to suit whatever your taste at whatever time of day.. We were incredibly impressed with the vegetarian and vegan choice. The staff at Blanc Smith are incredibly kind, courteous and are so willing to help with anything. You must go here!!!

Breakfast was beautiful and tasty. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We were made to feel comfortable and welcome at all times. We could not have asked for any more than what was provided. We were made to feel like family as well as guests. Assistance was given in all aspects of our stay. The pool was magnificent and so clean. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

This hotel is not so far from the city center and other tourist attractions. I got a warm welcome from the front desk staff during checking in with professional and experienced staffs. The room is spacious with well prepared amenities plus I never forget how beautiful is was of the sunset view from our balcony. Thanks to everyone in this hotel for the best experience during our stay in Siem Reap.

My one night stay was unforgettable. Everything was smooth and perfect. I highly recommend it to you guys who love quiet place, comfortable rooms, a large swim pools, absolutely great service with 24 hour front desk and security.

The staff were not at the same standard as the hotel itself, the breakfast was small and over priced. They were unable to help with simple tasks such as calling a taxi. The AC was not turned on in the corridors or public areas as we were the only guests. Really not sure why it was empty? The location is a little out of the main streets around 20 mins walsk but only 5 mins in a Rickshaw costing 1.50 usd.

A beautiful hotel with a high quality and attractive interior, comfortable room with all you need and in good condition.
