Superb boutique hotel. The staff were amazing. Had a few issues with booking.com overcharging, which they sorted swiftly. They offered us a birthday meal for my wife and i on her big day - beyond the call of duty. Hotel design, decoration, and landscaping around the pool is perfect to give you a relaxed and fitting environment to recover from the day exploring the temples in the heat

Eightfold Urban Resort was a little slice of heaven! I am at the end of over a month long trip to Southeast Asia & out of all the hotels I have stayed, which includes some very High End Resorts, Eightfold was by far my favorite. Everything from ALL the staff, a special shoutout to Kane, a guy that wears many hats & each one he gives 110%. He gets to know his guests & what they will enjoy and was spot on with helping me plan my tours,1 which were all fantastic. Leo the Bartender is awesome & makes by far the best Mai Tais I have ever had & a GREAT guy! To say that this hotel goes the extra mile is an understatement. From right when you check in Kane sits down with you while you sip on a cocktail & learns what you want to do while you are visiting, to throwing you a complimentary dinner on your last night, to everyone lining up when I was leaving & presenting me with a beautiful made in Cambodia Scarf, even Leo came on his day off, it really pulled on my heartstrings. I was supposed to take this trip last year but my father had passed away about 6 weeks before I was going to leave & just did not feel like I would have enjoyed myself. So I delayed for a year & it’s been a rough year to say the least. This trip was a soul searching, self help, therapeutic journey and Eightfold Urban was really where I came to terms with accepting the things the year before had been weighing on me. Although the scale probably says differently, I left there feeling like a 100lb weight was lifted off my shoulders. The best part and if you can get rooms 001-007 which your patio/balcony lead into one of the two beautiful pools. This pool is more private than the other and it is like your own little jungle paradise. The guides they use for tours were the best I have ever experienced in my many travels throughout the world so a special shoutout to Sai my Guide to Angkor Wat (AMAZING) to Sokcheat my Tuk Tuk driver who I have kept in touch with both.

Our stay was amazing! The room is spacious, the pool is lovely but what made our stay truly special was the staff who were warm, courteous and generous with recommendations, especially Kane from the front desk. We also got a guide, Sai, and a tuk tuk from the hotel to see the temples and cannot recommend Sai enough. He was full of great stories, took lovely photos for us and really made the experience special!

Wish they have facilities such as karaoke room for night activity, especially for those who booked staycation.

The welcome at Eightfold Urban Resort was incredible and they went to extraordinary lengths to make us feel very special and relaxed. The staff and Bale in particular, were very accommodating and arranged anything we needed, including transportation around Angkor Wat and forwarded our luggage to the next hotel. The facilities were lovely with a garden oasis and a gorgeous pool in the heat of Siam Reap. We highly recommend this hotel.

My only complaint would be that there were barely any vegetarian/vegan options at the breakfast buffets.

I loved everything about the resort. The property was spacious but cozy and secluded. The room was luxurious and clean. Its located in a great and quiet location - just a few mins from the city centre by drive. The best part for me was the staff. Each and everyone was kind and super sweet. They catered to every request and need I had with enthusiasm and efficiency. A particular mention to Anna, who helped me with bookings, special requests and more. I definitely look forward to staying there again on my next visit.

The hotel was very calm. The interior design was very nice and added to that sense of calm. The pool area was pleasant to sit at, and the trees provided good cover from the sun. The restaurant was very good especially the local dishes. The staff were all very friendly and responsive. Additionally there was a free shuttle service to the city center which was highly appreciated.

The service was exceptional. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed and was very nice, and made us feel like VIPs. The room was great and very comfy, and the bed was very comfy. The highlight was the swimming pool! From the photos we were expecting less, but the pool was amazing! The hotel also had a free tuktuk service from the hotel to the city center, which was super convenient for us. That was a great service, we really enjoyed the ride. All in all, if I come back to Siem Reap, I would book again with the hotel, no question!

Unfortunately our swimming clothing was stained red after swimming in the pool, we let the hotel know and this shouldn’t be a problem moving forward.

It’s like a beautiful little Oasis, the restaurant and pool area are amazing, it’s the perfect place to relax after spending the day out exploring temples. The service was top tier and the place also offers a tuk tuk service into town which is really handy. We also did a temple tour through the hotel and it was great!!

Our stay at this hotel was just perfect from start to finish. The staff are amazing, so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was fantastic, very comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. Breakfast was perfect with a good range of food to suit all tastes. We had one evening meal at the hotel which was just perfect. The pool is lovely and creates a very relaxing atmosphere in a beautiful oasis. Getting into town was easy with the hotel TukTuk and it was nice being away from the noise in a quiet area. Would highly recommend this hotel, the facilities, the location, the food and to top it all, the wonderful staff!

We stayed in the resort with our family. The check in was flawless, Anna was incredibly helpful with booking us a driver for the next day and making sure that our stay is perfect. The food in the restaurant was great and the staff was kind and polite. We had a great time.

There was nothing to dislike!

The friendliness and accommodating staff - nothing is too much trouble for them day or night. We stayed here in November and had no hesitation in booking to go back and will do so again next time we visit cambodia.

Our only criticism is the hotel location. The hotel appears to be located a bit further outside town near local houses/businesses. This meant there were occasions when we could hear music and parties from the local houses, though this is outside the control of the hotel.

The room was incredible, large room with comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom. The private pool was an added bonus that we regularly used. The staff were excellent, friendly and very attentive, they couldn't have done more for us. We really liked the included tuk-tuk rides in/out of town at night. Special shout out to Rainee and Ella who provided a great service.

There is nothing to dislike

This hotel is stunning in every way. The welcome everytime you enter is wonderful. Huge smiles, bows and cold towels on hand. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The staff are the best encountered anywhere in Cambodia. Extremely professional and equally delightful. There must be a fabulous training programme. The room was delightful, well presented with lovely crisp clean bedding. The swim up was most welcome when returning from trips, days out. The restaurant food is top notch and again beautifully presented. Price wise it compared well with resturant prices in the city. Sometimes cheaper. Again the staff here are fantastic. Always smiling and keen to please.

I have never experienced such hospitality. Every day we were greeted very well at the reception, even with refreshments. The location is great and from 6pm-11pm you even have free transport into town. The room was very clean and the pool is perfect. On the last evening we received a dinner from the hotel manager. Highly recommended, will definitely visit the hotel again!

The property seems new and the space is beautiful. The swimming pool is big and surrounded by abundant plants. The rooms are in perfect state, very spacious and pristine clean. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you with anything you need and with amazing attitude. The center is a 5min Tuk Tuk ride away from the hotel, and the property provides a free Tuk Tuk shuttle service.
