I received an email to say I could check in at 12. So I arrived at 12, then they said you can't check in til 1pm. Then at 1pm, they said I couldn't check in before 2pm. Finally they gave me a room which was literally 2 inches from a communal area, where all the drunken people sit at 3-4am shouting loudly and playing music on their phones.

As soon as we arrived they assigned us a different room from the one we had booked, after having pointed this out to them they assigned us another room again different from the one booked. From the photo on booking you can see a room in good condition with flat screen TV and good furniture, while the one assigned to us had very bed furniture, the bathroom door with a hole, the air conditioning that did not work very well and dripped water all night, the toilet cistern without a lid, an old television (not working) and a 50 year old mattress sunk in the center and with bed bugs (we scratched all night). Not professional mercenaries, TO AVOID!

This is not good value for money. Much better cheap options arouns. Very dirty bathroom, towels and bedding. Noisy location because of bars etc Uncomfortable mattress. Aircon was very loud creaking all the time, very low water pressure with funny smell. Room advertised to have a bath and balcony but did not. There is a small window that opens to stairwell and someone opened my window from the outside in the middle of the night. Stairwell all full of rubbish and rotting food. The breakfast included is at a cafe next door and looked inviting but the food was awful! Scrambled eggs were grey and undercooked with lots of gristle. Salty canned mini sausage and stale bread. I checked out 1 day early.

Very close to the riverside, museum and palace. Large room but empty. Convenience store located in lobby and 24 hour access

Only stayed one night before taking a flight from Phnom Penh. The room was basic, but clean. The staff was super friendly. All together, good value for money and recommended for short stays.

The description did not match with what was in the room, after having to argue with the staff they told me i was lying. After more then half an hour of discussion i finally got a room that match the description.

It wasn’t very clean, lots of bugs and lizards/gekos! The room we stayed in did not look like the pictures at all, walls were dirty, fridge smelt and very dusty.

Lots of tuk tuk drivers outside to take you to Killing Fields and S21 etc.

There was a hint of cigaret smell in the room though the room was non-smoking. Most probably it came from the outside or it used to be allowed to smoke in the room earlier. There is actually no balcony though I think what I booked was marked 'with a balcony'. The window is tiny for such a huge room so it is not full of light any part of the day. It is not that we did not like it – it is totally ok for the price and we were not disappointed. I write it for those for whom this could matter.

We booked a superior room and it was huge and full of character. The bathroom was also huge. The location is unbeatable with the Royal palace, the riverfront and a lot of cafes and street food near by. The staff is very friendly. There is a convenience store on the ground floor so you have all your needs (water/milk, beer, bread etc) covered. Excellent!

Room wasn't clean, dust everywhere... We found some cockroch in the room and the bathroom. Sheets were stained with holes in it. We ask to change room, if we paid more yes (as they didnt have any others with fan and air con was more expensive ), otherwise no. We had a terrible experience.

the hotel looked terrible. The room looked terrible. It was tiny and had a window facing a narrow corridor which made the window completely useless. No window to the outside. The sheets were grey and it was hard to tell if they were clean. There was no cover for the blanked. It was hard to tell if the blanket was washed or not. There were cockroaches. The walls were dirty. The toiletries were very poor quality. Toothbrushes were usable only once. The internet was pretty bad too. At times it worked great only to stop working a few moments later. So it went on and off all the time. There were no sockets close to bed. They were in unreasonable places that made charging a phone or a laptop a chore. Also plugs wouldn't stay in which made charging anything even harder.

The staff was friendly and the location was great. It's just a few meters away from the river side and the royal palace. There are also plenty of restaurants and mini markets in the neighborhood. There is actually a mini market on the first floor of the hotel. There were 2 bottles of water and some toiletries in the room.
